My furnace was not working and I was able to have Hoover send a technician over within an hour of calling them on a Saturday. They sent me a picture of the technician, Scott, as well as letting me know via text message when he would be arriving. Luckily it was not a major fix and we only ended up paying for the service call, but Scott did notice there were a couple issues that might cause problems down the road and he presented two options to us for a future service call if we needed to pursue it. He also showed me how to fix the primary issue if it happened again. My wife and I were both very pleased with the service as well as the punctuality and professionalism of the technician.

I am so glad that I contacted Plumbing Now. I had my shower installed the day after I called. The whole experience was positive and the team was so professional. I will be calling Mark and his team for all of my plumbing needs moving forward. Thank you so much!

Great experience with Drain Station today. My kitchen sink has been backing up for a week and after several attempts to clear the clog myself I broke down and call Drain Station. They are located close to me in Ferndale which was great but the real selling point was they would come out at a set appointment that I chose the same day. The plumber Johnny was excellent to deal with; very punctual and friendly. On top of Drain Station and Johnny's excellent service was their 60 day warranty on the work.

Definitely would recommend them to anyone. Especially if you want a firm appointment.

Called this plumber. He came right away. Said I needed a drain cleaned. OK. Then he said he cleaned two. I paid him. Gave him a nice tip. He said problem was taken care of. The next day, I was experiencing the same problem. I call him (Washington Quinn) and he told me he would come back out for a charge. For the same problem? He was very rude and hung up on me three times. He did not leave a receipt. Now he won't answer my calls. Now all I want is my receipt. I will call another plumber. I will not recommend this plumber to anyone! PS- He bought a kid with him. He played with my grandson - got a goody bag. Nice kid but - to work? Will never use this plumber again-nor tell anyone else to!!!!

Did some work for a neighbor and never returned to put my chain link fence back in place!

Edit; Yes the fence was finally replaced several months later and I am happy now. Please in the future, try harder contacting all property's affected by your work. Emergencies are unforeseeable, but leaving adjoining owners in the dark about damages can be avoided. I still have to come out of my own pocket to replace the grass that was ruined. I should not have been affected by this at all, and since I have been, I should be made whole without hesitation.

Bubby's plumbing is one of best service provider. Bubby and his whole team members are so sincere, efficient and very punctual. Bobby's honesty is beyond questionable. I am using his service for a long time and I am highly satisfied

They came, they worked they got done in a timely fashion. The price was right, and all the guys were professional, and very respectful.

My furnace wasn't heating the house, and my usual heating company was overloaded; they recommended people who were also too busy, but they recommended Cregger. Cregger claimed to be fully booked during the day and offered after-hours services with an added extra charge of $195. Being essentially over a barrel on this one, since I didn't want pipes to freeze, I paid said charge. The guy who came out handled the problem quickly, professionally, and effectively, so no problem there. I just balked a little at the charge, especially since I'm in a situation where I really couldn't avoid it, given that the consequences of not doing it would have been much worse.

I would give 0 Stars if that were an option. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was informed of an appointment with them for an emergency plumbing issue! They advised they couldn't get anyone out today, but would get someone out the following morning, The next morning I waited and waited and finally called and the manager advised they don't service my area and no one would be coming out! If I wanted someone to come out I would have to pay a $250 fee. Mind you the previous day they scheduled for someone knowing my address and all. I'm only 23 mins from them. MALICIOUS AND SCAM ARTIST!!! DONT BE ANOTHER VICTIM!!
