Mike the owner is, one of the most cordial, prompt, accommodating professionals I've had the pleasure of doing business with. In my discourse with him regarding the plumbing issue, Mike assessed the problem and proceeded to explain what was needed and how he would resolve it. I can say he's more like a doctor with great bedside manners....So if you know like I know, his kind, are few and far between. Lastly, the employee that was with him was outstanding as well.

Most important, the workmanship was grade A.

We had a gas line installed for a new cooktop. James L. from Cregger arrived during the scheduled time and did the work quickly and safely. He was very friendly and extremely helpful in answering a number of questions I had regarding the install and other projects around the house.I would definitely recommend Cregger and James.

I received excellent service repair people were prompt and friendly. Fix my central AC in no time at all.

Never showed up then called almost an hour after and hung up on me when I said I called someone else.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. Long story short, they did not provide the service that I paid for and charged me for sending someone a second time to fix a problem that they didn't fix in the first place!

Long version:
I called them to fix a sewage plumbing problem in my basement. They sent a guy on a Friday, who I paid right away, who claimed that he had fixed the problem, however he didn't. The sewage water in our basement began to flood again that weekend. We called the company back first thing monday and they said they could send another person to fix the job but they would charge use the same fee again! They wanted to charge me again for fixing a problem that they never fixed! I said fine since I needed the problem fixed asap and then they didnt send the next person until three days later! So my basement was filled with sewage for three entire days, smelling up the entire house before someone came again!

The Tech AJ came into my house with manners.polite respectful very good tech i highly recommend mamba plumbing for all your services.

I worked with Brock, professional guy and even cleaned up after his self. I would recommend him. Even though, he needs to work on giving out receipts. He did good work.

When I called Mr. Rooter a couple of months ago, my call was greeted with enthusiasm and with professional attention to my questions by Mr. Rooter’s receptionist. I firmly believe the receptionist is the Director of First Impressions. As a new potential customer the person answering the telephone could very easily disway the caller if there is an uncaring, robotic replies and an urgency to dispense of the caller. This was not my impression as the receptionist gave me the level of confidence to meet with their plumber on the schedule day.

When I met Jeff, he was very courteous, diligent and attention to detail and particularly had taken the time to explain what was being offered, costs associated with my selection and the time frame to complete the work. He ensured the area was cleaned with no debris after his work was completed. My wife and I were very pleased with the work performed and jokingly I said I would I hope never see him again.

Well on January 1st midafternoon, I had a pipe burst and called Mr. Rooter. The technician on call was extremely helpful and walked me through what I should do to close the water supply to my home. I received a call the very next morning and I accepted a service call that morning. To my delight Jeff arrived and after a few hours, my fears were laid to rest, job completed with new copper piping.

Because of his diligent and caring nature I requested a quote to have more work done in our basement. All of this because originally we needed to replace a dripping kitchen faucet. I recall I reached out to three different plumbers and Mr. Rooter was not only the first to call me but the only company to call. I guess replacing a faucet did not command a lot of money. But Mr. Rooter welcomed that call and with that got more business.
