If I'm being honest, I feel the cost structure is not right. The service fee of $89 should be included in the cost of the repair if you choose to go ahead with it, if you do not, then you pay $89. I felt a little taken advantage of cost wise, however the repair was done cleanly and professionally.

Blake was horrible!!! Absolutely disrespectful and racist! I would never use this company again! He did not fix the problem and had the nerve to charge $320!! And called me all type of black “mfs” when I didn’t have cash on me. I paid for my services with a card!

We've had Roulo's out on several different occasions for various issues. They're prompt, knowledgeable, and pricing is fair. Our water heater went out last week, and within 5 hours of placing the call, they were able to get to our house and install a replacement.

The owner reeked of alcohol and wore pajama pants to unclog my basement drain. I have used Tru Flo twice since I bought my house. The first time was okay however a little pricey. He did suggest putting in a sewer access in my backyard to help if any more issues occurred. That was very helpful. Fast forward almost 2 years and the tree roots came back full force. So had to call back and request service. WILL is the plumber that came out. He was very professional and got the job done quick and even said he would come back out if anything else. He Fixed it so didn't have to call back. They said they would be out in an hour or less. They kept there word. With the new access from last time made it easier and faster. I would highly recommend Will and Tru Flo Plumbing. Not sure what the 1st plumber name was but if you call ask for WILL. I guarantee you will be very happy with his work and professionalism. He told me a price before starting and kept his word to the penny!!!! You can even use coupons. Look in the phone book.
