A leaky pipe that was bound to be a problem was easily solved by them + plus they quickly corrected an issue with my outdoor hose bib.

This is a bad company. Nearly a week since they've been paid and not completed the job. They were asked to unclog the basement, including snaking the sanitation drain in the front yard and they didn't. Therefore, they left a family with children and disabled adults in a home with sewer backed up and has not come back to correct the problem. Rob refuses to give a number to a manager nor has a manager called to speak with the home owner they've screwed over.
Since this company has abused disabled people, be careful that they don't do the same to you.

At first, I was disappointed with the service we received. But the owner, Derek, promptly followed up and had someone back out within 20 minutes! Our boiler wouldn't start, and Carl with Cregger got us back up! Carl was professional and knowledgeable. Very thankful for how quickly Cregger was able to respond and act because the temperatures are hitting below freezing at night.

Never showed up then called almost an hour after and hung up on me when I said I called someone else.

I used to work here. All of the customer complaints i've read are accurate! I have never screwed people like i did working for tim. He treats his employees just as bad as his customers. He will definately try to get an insurance claim on any job he bids! WATCH OUT for this sheister😘
