Best Sewer Installations in Detroit MI

Oct 2021: Jonathan was at our home this time for a sewer line cleaning. He checked 3 clean outs and found water to be flowing at all. I requested the sewer line maintenance anyway. Once he pulled the snake line out, we discovered a small amount of roots on the snake. It was not much, but enough to justify the annual service. Thanks Jonathan for your thorough service at our home!2019: I've used this company twice the the last year. Both times their technicians were polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. They performed their jobs well, and left my home in better shape than they found it.This is a good company that employs good people.

The young man got here in less tga2 30 minutes, looked at my problem, gave me options within my budget and finished in.<1hr. He was also very nice to my 3 yr. old grandson who had an arsenal of questions.

Called and made appointment late at night for the next day. It was a Saturday morning. He was running late but texted me to let me know. Showed up and knew the problem immediately. Stayed until he was absolutely sure it wasn’t going to keep acting up. Advised to have back flow valve installed. Informed me that the City has a program to subsidize it. I’ll call them back and have them install it.
Price for a Saturday was excellent. Did not overcharge. Honest person.

I had evidence of back up around my drain. There was no standing water but you could tell it had backed up. I called my regular plumber but because there was no standing water, they considered it maintenance. They told me it would be several days before they could come out. I Googled “plumbers near me” and a Yelp site popped up. The first company on the list was Waterworks plumbing. It had wonderful reviews. I called them and from the time of my phone call until the guy left my house it was less than 90 minutes! It just happened that a serviceman was heading back to base and they had him turn around to come to me. “Don” was very prompt, efficient and friendly. I now have a new “regular” plumber. I would definitely recommend Waterworks plumbing!

I called to enquire about services and the person who answered the phone told me I had the wrong number. I verified that I was speaking to the plumbing company; he replied I was. I repeated my inquiry and the person hung up on me. This is very unprofessional. They do not deserve 1 full star!
