We should have called Family Heating and Cooling. To trouble shoot a job we were charged $370 dollars. The price for putting up a ceiling fan was almost $500, which we declined. While the reps were nice and professional, what we were charged was outlandish. If we had to do it all over again we would have said no to everything and just took a loss on the $60 dollar service call fee. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE HIGH PRICE FOR GETTING A COUPLE OF OUTLETS WORKING. :-(

I had Bubby's come in and unclog my kitchen sink. The two guys that showed up were very professional. They took the time to explain what was happening and what to do in the future to avoid this from happening again. To me Bubby's has given me hope again about good customer service. They truly made me feel like this wasn't a problem and that they were happy to be able to help. Thanks again Bubby's. If I have any plumbing needs in the future, you will certainly be the place I call.

Id just like to say Thanks to Iron pipe!! My Aunt is 92 yrs old & she needed help from her toilets to her furnence.Every time she called Iron pipe he always came & made sure she was satisfied when he left!! Not to meny companys have that kind of work ethic these days!! So Thank u!!

I woke up one morning to see a leak in my living room ceiling. After trying many different plumbing services around me, with no luck, Waterwork Plumbing promptly responded to my call immediately and was very understanding of my situation and urgency, and sent out the crew the same day. The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. They explained the process the entire time, and kept me up to date. Their prices are great, and quality of work is even more amazing.

I looked at a few plumbing companies before I chose Mango and the wait was worth it . The crew showed up when they said they would went right to work and repiped my whole house in 1 day. granted I don't live in a mansion
but the guys worked all day to make sure the job was done, and done right.

You wake up in the morning and surprise NO HOT WATER. To my pleasant surprise shortly after my call you showed with a new water heater. The service technician Dylan was very professional while explaining the problems with my heater. Did I mentioned that he wore foot protection and laid covers on the floor to protect it from any water leaks. This made my aunt very happy.

The people that work here rock. Down to earth they do their job and get it done. I spoke to Mike on a Thursday and he had someone at my house at 8am on a Friday. His employee was punctual and so kind. He explained everything to me before he did it. He was so efficient and had all the parts we needed because Mike warned him ahead of time. It was such a great experience! I’d suggest them to anyone!!!

Pretty disappointed with Windsor Emergency Plumbing, I called Shawn at about 11:00 am to see if they could get someone out after I was done work and he told me he was busy for the day and wouldn't be able to make it out but to call Ken and see if he was available. I spoke with Ken after I finished work at about 4:15 pm and he told me he had left early for his kids birthday party. I understand taking time off to be with your kids but don't advertise 24/7 365 emergency plumbing services if you don't offer anything close to that... Ken seemed annoyed just to be on the phone with me like I was bothering him by trying to give him business and recommended someone else. I told them I was fine paying time and a half for after hours but they still said they can't come out. I tried calling the person Ken recommended who didn't answer the phone and just sent me a text asking if he could call me back later, I said sure but of course never received a call. Definitely false advertising and honestly just seemed like laziness on their part. All I needed was an electric eel service and was told it would be $160 plus tax. I ended up using ProTrades who had fixed my AC unit earlier this year and they quoted me $80 for the hour plus $44 for the eel service, much cheaper and much better service. I scheduled a time with them and the plumber showed up right on time, was knowledgeable and honest and recommended a few things to help that I was not aware of. I will definitely be using ProTrades in the future for any of my home care needs. I can't comment on the skill level of Windsor Emergency Plumbing because they didn't come out so this review is based purely on the customer service, advertisement accuracy and level of availability which was pretty poor on all accounts.

I am not saying don't use this company but be wary if it is an emergency, they seem pretty unreliable.

Have used All American Plumbing for multiple projects the last two years. They are very professional, efficient and offer fair pricing!
