I was looking to have a vent fan and some lights installed in my house. Note, I haven't yet had the work done but let me tell you about the wonderful customer experience I have had thus far. When you call this company they genuinely seem happy to talk with you, very flexible with your schedule, and consistent in maintaining that schedule. The day before I got a reminder text and email about their service, the morning of I got a personal call from their office giving a closer estimate to the time frame of when the technician would arrive. When I confirmed that was fine they sent a text with a picture of the technician coming to my house. Donnie was amazing. Very personable, worked with everything that I was looking for, and gave a home visual inspection while he was here. His inspection and quote for the work took around 30 minutes, he walked me through what he found in the inspection and the cost of each part of the electrical work I wanted done. I got the estimate and the inspection in an email instantly for my records. He set up a time right then and there to come back out to get the work done! I am incredibly impressed and happy with my experience thus far and will be happy to update this review once the work is done. (Oh they also provide awesome financing options!!!)

Update: Work was done today and I am absolutely blown away by the quality of the work done. Donnie and Duane were done sooner than expected, cleaned up after themselves, and everything looks great. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to have some electrical done in their home.

Been having issues with out 30+ year old toilet for a year or so now. They came the morning it completely broke and had it fixed by 2pm! Normally we'd have to wait a day or two for a guy to come, but they installed a brand new toilet and fixed the issues (disgusting build ups in pipes from literally decades of use). Quick and promp, very professional and friendly service from the two gentleman who came, one was the owner (If you are reading this, I apologize for being terrible with names). Can't thank you guys enough!

Had back up drain in bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Was not sure if pipes old or just normal hair clog for bathroom and food or old pipes for kitchen. I was referred to Mike by a friend. Mike was very friendly when calling to set an appointment and worked out a date to come out (not an emergency situation or he would've fit in). Called before arriving as promised. No issue with Kitchen sink - disposal worked itself out with simple fix and no need to do anything to that. Bathroom sink was normal hair/soap back up and was easy fix. Did find out from Mike and Jason that the contractors that did the bathroom remodel did not replace the galvanized pipes as they were told to do. I am VERY happy with service: friendliness and honesty I received as well as advisement on what product not to use and only use if needed. I am very pleased with the referral to Mike and did let my friend know! I will DEFINITELY refer to others. Honest, professional, timely & friendly service! Absolutely outstanding, had an issue after removing floor tiles in the kitchen with a somewhat hidden pipe. Looks like the old, not used dishwasher pipe got nicked and sprung a very fine spray. Called Buddy's after hours, got a call back almost immediately, and was on-site within 30 minutes. Issue fixed within 20 minutes after arriving. We were so grateful, tech went over and above. Thanks.

Paid this gentleman $1400 for few repairs one big the rest smaller. Did the big job that ended up defective and Ave us the run around for 2 months now. Nothing was finished
