I can't speak for his plumbing abilities. However his driving abilities are terrible. Driving on the expressway on the passing lane going 95 km an hour refusing to move over. Unprofessional, and reckless. Not a good idea driving your company vehicle. 👋

Despite a rocky start Edwards Plumbing really came through. I had water backing up in my basement and selected Edwards plumbing to give me an estimate along with several other companies. Initially there were problems with them missing their appointments and some miscommunication between their tech and their dispatch about what I needed. When I complained I got an email and a phone call from the owner James. James went out of his way to apologize, explained the issues behind the miscommunication and refunded my service fee and offered to make things right. Brandon was sent out, diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain everything and walk me through both the problem and the proposed solution. I got an estimate the next day and James talked to me again and made sure it would work within my budget. Brandon and John showed up when they were supposed to, made sure to protect my property and the rest of my basement before they started, and again explained the scope of the project before beginning. They were professional throughout, finished the job on time, and even went beyond the scope of the job and cleaned up the standing water and stains in my basement and mopped the floors when they were done. Despite a bumpy start, James, Brandon and John at Edwards Plumbing made sure the job got done right and I was happy. I would highly recommend them.

I used Windsor Emergency Plumbing for one of my rental properties when I had a water back up in the basement. I called them and they came same day and knew what was wrong right away. The were very friendly and knew what they were doing. I have several properties and used to use another plumber but now I use Windsor Emergency Plumbing for all my properties because they can do it all. I would recommend anyone in Windsor to use these plumbers.

I was told the soonest they could send someone was Tuesday. I explained to them that we are a family of eight . I think it was VernI spoke to, took my number. He called right back and told me that Rick was on his way. Within 15 minutes they were here. Problem solved. I could go on & on about this company. They're the best. Rick and his partner are awesome.

Very unprofessional came out and snaked my main drain. Five days later my main drain back stopped up. I called and was told I had to pay for services again then while discussing why I was hung up on and the man wouldn't answer the phone again. I wouldn't recommend this company to any1
