very bad customer service took my money never showed up I called many times from my cell from work he answered and hangs up on me. he took $229.00 he never did the job and he never called back or answered any of my phone call. DO NOT CALL THIS GUY FOR YOUR NEEDS.

Made an appointment for snaking my main line between 9-10 am. Never showed. Called at 11 and was running behind. Never heard from him again. If you want the job done, call a reputable plumber, not this one!

TAKES MONEY BUT NEVER FINISH JOBS COMPLAINS ABOUT BEING BUSY BUT ALREADY GOT MONEY FOR JOB. THE WORK THAT DID ACTUALLY GET DONE WAS SLOPPY AND WRONG AND HAD TO GET ANOTHER PLUMBER TO GO OVER HIS WORK. TALKS REAL GOOD BUT DOES NOT FALL THROUGH. DONT WASTE TIME OR MONEY ON THIS GUY. Very unprofessional came out and snaked my main drain. Five days later my main drain back stopped up. I called and was told I had to pay for services again then while discussing why I was hung up on and the man wouldn't answer the phone again. I wouldn't recommend this company to any1

Shawn's a hard worker, takes care of emergencies. I was always willing to pay a little more for drain cleaning because of his promptness. We've had other jobs quoted and he's been above average from his competition. Like most tradesman, if they don't have the right tools and have to sub out some of the work, their costs go up.

Edit: Shawn offered to come look at a job to provide a better quote which he estimated between 225-300 (it's $70 for material and to rent the tool to do it alone, I'm handy and can do a lot of this basic stuff, decided not to waste his time) He could have rescheduled, I wasn't trying to be petty with the review, I think it's a nice review based on my experience. He wrote a very nasty text in response (unprofessional) and since we won't be working together I wanted to share my thoughts for people making decisions on work they need.

For drain cleaning, really the only thing Shawn was equal value to everyone else, so we used him for convenience since he lives a few blocks away and was always willing to come. Shawn uses a cutter drum setup which is quick and easy to setup and use (10-15 minute job - $125-150 for us) but if you have root issues a spring type auger is more robust, and does a much better job, especially if you only have a 3 access like we did. Hard to find those old machines used by plumbers these days, the guy prior to Shawn retired so he was our first call based on distance. I called one other guy, same prices but he couldn't get out as fast. My original guy, with spring loaded charged $100 (45 minutes job due to longer setup, much better results, had it really good) We used Shawn for 6 years, 3-4 cleanings a year. I think his other reviews speak for themselves.

Edit2: Shawn's sewer line replacement to the side walk was 5k, two other quotes at 3750 and 4400. He had to call his excavator guy to discuss the cost and scope based on the porch setup. I didn't get the impression it was his employee or equipment during the conversation. The 10k total was another 5k from sidewalk to street connection. I did not quote the full line replacement with other companies.

We have drain backup issues every couple of years. Had him out in August to clear the drain pipes. He only cleared from the main drain to the house. He never cleared the other way, from the main to the street. Well, today we have another backup, not even 3 months later. I called him this morning, still waiting on a call back. Worst $270 ever spent. Go with the true experts if you need a plumber.

He showed up on time put the snake in the Drain And did not even try to break The Clogged loose I know what it looked like when somebody's not trying to do the job It's OK he got paid I am not satisfied I would have felt better if he tried

We called this company for replacing a leaking pipe.Mr Shaun attended and replaced the pipe.He promised to follow up on our insurance claim but is now refusing to answer our telephone or text messages.When I called from my unlisted landline the company answer but said I had to talk to him>But the main complaint is he claimed to be a windowed expert and Tok USD 200 dollars for replacing our windowed cover.Since then he has neither done rte work or returned our money and now refuses to answer any of our calls .WE got one text message saying he was off sick but would come that Thursday.Several Thursdays have Coe and gone and a zillion texts and telephone messages with no response>I agree with an earlier writer that such companies should be stopped

Was scheduled for a quote with arrival between 1-2 and a call 30 min prior to arrival. Did not hear anything so I called at 2. Was told they were going to call the technician and would call right back. Never heard from them again. Called back several times that day with no answer and left messages and called back a couple of times in the following days and no answer or call back. Extremely unreliable. I don't understand how they think its OK for them to leave people hanging out to dry like that.

I must say im Very Happy!😀 Mr.Shawn was a plesant sight to see he and his employee answered every single question i asked believe me i asked alot his prices were very reasonable.What i really liked was i called he came within the hour whens stuffs backed upu dont wanna hear when we're in the area we'll call that what another Major Company told me the job took more than we both thought But boy were they determined I Will Not Hesitate to Call Drianline if i have another problem trust me!

Scheduled to be at the house between 10-11am. Still hadn’t arrived by 11:30am. We called and they said they’d be here in 20-25 minutes. It is now 12:50pm .. they never showed, never called, and are now not answering their phones. Took the day off work and wasted my time!! Do not let them do the same to you!!

I called them multiple times to work on my garbage disposal and they came quick each time, but the problem was never actually fixed and they charged me a lot of money. I hired another plumber who did fix the problem and they said these guys overcharged me. I called them while the new plumber was there so they could discuss the work done they said they would call back once they had the information in front of them and they never called back.

Originally hired Shaun to help me tear out an old bathroom in my basement, resulting in low water pressure to the washing machine. Then hired him to replumb my whole house using pex. My kitchen contractor looked at the job Shaun had done and told me nothing was to code. Pex lines crisscrossed, hung below rafters, and were not secured properly. When he removed an old galvanized pipe from my bathroom, he blasted a hole through an adjacent bedroom wall. Hot and cold were reversed to the shower. Main shut off leaked. Outside spigots were not secured properly and could rotate 360°. Set up 2 opportunities for him to fix his mistakes. He never showed up. I had to hire a real plumber to redo Shaun‘s work.

Drain line plumbing was very professional when they came out to unclog drain. Very efficient friendly and reasonable priced. Thank you Shaun for your service.

Beware!!! I called them to put on a pipe I had trouble with fixing myself. They came out and put the pipe on charging $150, but it was still leaking after they left (stated covered for 30 days). I called them back leaving voicemail messages with no response or call back. I finally got a hold of someone and scheduled an appointment the next day (Friday morning). They didnt even show up for it or call stating they would be late. I tried calling and leaving voicemail messages again later that day with no response from them. Monday, I called again with no response. Finally I got a hold of them with the guy promising a call back to check into why he didn't show (never did). When I called a few hours later, the guy was rude, stating I was calling them too many times and refused to come fix the problem. Really? On their voicemail they say the call back in 5 min (never do). They give you the run around and treat their customers with disrespect. This was the second time I hired them for a job and this will be the last.

service providers who provide bad service and try to get away with it need to be stopped! this is unacceptable!
they didn't even do what they were supposed to for my grandma but charged for her full service, RIP OFF!

I wish there was a zero star option. Unfortunately, Shaun stole over $7,000 from us. Over $1,000 of that money was supposed to go to an employee of his that he did not transfer either. He is the epitome of unprofessionalism and is a true scam artist. He has several different judgements against him and is operating without a license which is illegal in the city of Detroit. Save yourself the time, money, and headache and go with ANYONE else. I am happy to share any more information if Shaun decides to respond here with yet another flippant response of not true.

Why isn't professionalism an option? Because they are NOT professional. We had then come out to snake our down stairs bathroom on 1/3/2020. They were in and out in 15 minutes. Not even. My husband was with them them the whole time (he doesn't know anything about plumbing, but stayed with them as they are strangers in our house). Today, we went to fix the toilet, and it had the same issue. When my father in law (who IS a maintenance man for the banks - but couldn't assist us originally because he was unable to come over) called, they said My husband wasn't following him (lie!) And that he did the job (apparently not) and that maybe they aren't the company for them (how rude!) and then HUNG UP ON HIM! How professional, right?! We went to call them back to speak to them, and no one answered. We do not recommend them at all. FIND SOMEONE ELSE, we are going to!

Would never again recommend this plumber him and his employee came to my house said pipe was Calapsed and charge me 3500 and left. Then my basement had water in it the next day and had to call Roto Rooter to come fix it I called his phone and he just blocked me. Roto Rooter showed me he just broke up a place in my basement and put Quick Crete over the spot. There was not even a pipe where he claimed the repair was. The sad part of it I gave this company many of referrals. Shawn Junkin I hope the 3500+ the 125 for snaking and doing nothing did something for you I tried contacting you you blocked me I tried sending you a refund for 3500 through Venmo for you to refund my money you deleted your Venmo I ask you why do you have bad reviews you tell me they’re from an ex well I’m not an ex but I am going to let everyone know You became a scam

WARNING Shawn at drainline plumbing is a huge SCAM !! He will take your money and run. He did such an unprofessional job at my home we had to hire a second plumber to correct his work. I’m surprised he even has a business. Basically his business is to take your money. He does not stand by his work. I don’t recommend this company to plunge a toilet.

You blocked me from your phone after we paid you $2550.00 to replace our pipes and cement our floor. The cement never dried and we had to have a new plumber come out to tear up and replace all the pipes you incorrectly installed. I have photos and an invoice from your company.
