Mike the owner is, one of the most cordial, prompt, accommodating professionals I've had the pleasure of doing business with. In my discourse with him regarding the plumbing issue, Mike assessed the problem and proceeded to explain what was needed and how he would resolve it. I can say he's more like a doctor with great bedside manners....So if you know like I know, his kind, are few and far between. Lastly, the employee that was with him was outstanding as well.

Most important, the workmanship was grade A.

Great service, Anthony came out to fix a problem another plumbing company, that left a mess and we were recommended to contact Bubby's and they came out right away fixed the issue within in an hour they were very professional, friendly and very knowledable knew how to fix the issue right away. Came to my home smelling like weed . Charged 150 to pop two drains . 32 days later I got the same problem. Called them today and they want more money because it is two days after the warranty. Warranty last for 30 days but that's how they got it set up because they fix it just enough to last a few days past the Warranty which ain't worth the paper its printed on .

Well after calling 8 plumbing companies after a serious storm affected many homes in the area. I was able to reach Iron Pipe Sewers and
D Drains booked appt same day. Friwndly yet professional Repairman arrived early and fixed our hot water heater that was quoted by others up to 3x the costs with a 3-7 day wait.
Couldn't be happier to have hot water same day!

New home owner. Woke up to six feet of sewage/water from recent flooding in metro Detroit. Initially the drains were running ok but slow. Called about a week later came out within two days and even did evening appointment (which I appreciated since I used up almost all my vacation days for flood clean up). Fair price, educated me on the drains and what drains did what, cleaned up before they left. Would use them again without concerns. Definitely would recommend them.

My plumber Kevin T. does a great job every time I request that they send him to my home to do my work. Yesterday he replaced my faucet in the bathroom. He always does a excellent job and is very professional. THANKS KEVIN T. and HOME SERVICE CORPORATION!

Levine And Sons saves the day again!! Old pipe backed up in a different spot and they were out and fixed it promptly, Jon is amazing and very kind in answering my millions of questions. Will always call them for our plumbing needs!

They where on time, but they ripped me off in the end, toilet still messed up doing the exact same thing and they’re saying they cannot come back out unless I pay again.

Initial calls with office was professional and great. I was offered same day installation which is great, but couldn't take advantage of due to work. I was then told Monday 12-3. I explained that I have to work and asked about Tuesday because I was off. I was asked what time I had to work Monday because they could come earlier. Great, I told them I had to leave between 1:00-1:30, at the latest. So I was given a 9-11or 12 timeframe and told she would let them know to aim for closer to 9. I get a call at 8:30 on Monday to confirm and told he should arrive between 9-10 or 10-30. So around 1015 an elderly gentleman man arrives ( withask but no show covers) and I think to myself I wonder if he'll be able to carry the toilet upstairs. To sum up the first day from 10:15-2p (yes over the time I specified), he has to make 2 trips to the hardware store and then tells me he'll be back later to remove old toilet because he needs to bring a dolly. And yes he did struggle getting the toilet upstairs. I was praying he didn't fall and hurt himself. Not only did he not come back, he didn't even call to say he wasn't coming back. I called the office the next morning to inquire about him and about him caulking around the toilet which I noticed he didn't do. After getting a call back from the office to say he worked late the night before, he's on the way, he shows up 1.5hrs later. He comes in with a large garbage bag, a dolly, and my mail 🙄 because he noticed I didn't get it. He goes upstairs and gets to work. I hear him coming downstairs. Once he gets in my living room I walk in there and see he's dragging the toilet across my floor. It's not on a dolly and not in the trash bag. There are white scuff marks and drips of water on my hardwood floor. I immediately ask, is my carpet wet?! 🤬 He says no, that he emptied it in the garbage bag he brought. He then goes upstairs, gets the bag and proceeds to now put the toilet on top of it. After he leaves, I call the office to complain. Kristine is again very nice and apologetic, explaining that's not how it's supposed to be done and that it was probably too heavy for him. Also she said that they probably should have sent one of the younger guys out. She said she would call the owner and get back with me. She texts (always a bad sign when they go from calling to texting) me hours later to say that they will have my carpet cleaned and to let her know a good time. I reply. Next day she replies that someone will be out the next day to clean the area. I ask for a timeframe, no response. I text again the next morning. She finally says he's picking up the cleaner and headed to me. By this time I see that the toilet is leaking and the caulk job is horrible. 🤦🏾‍♀️ Do you know they sent the SAME elderly man to come clean my carpet?! He then tries to explain that the water was clean that spilled?! 😂 Sir, if you pour clean water into a dirty toilet, it is no longer clean. Plus I can promise underneath that toilet wasn't clean! And you dragged it down my carpeted stairs, family room and scuffed my hardwood floor. He then proceeds to fix the leak and clean the carpet in my family room. I'm irritated more now and say well can I take it upstairs and clean it myself. He finally say, I'll do it. He still didn't do the stairs, just the landing. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I was over it and just done. No f/u call or text like after the first day to ask about satisfaction. I was referred to this company and had already referred them to another family member based off the compliments I heard. I went back and told them to go with someone else. I have other work that I need done and had someone else came out to rectify this issue properly I would have continued using their service. Hopefully they know now to maybe send this gentleman on 2 person jobs or jobs that don't require heavy lifting.

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!

Very Professional I recommend this company for all plumbing issues very affordable clean and fast.
