Extremely expensive!
Charged $760 to change this frost free hose, and the overall stay was around 45 minutes. I still do not know what hourly rate was charged and how much the tap costed me.

In fact, the attached invoice you'll see the service being charged twice, with no breakdown of anything else (cost of the tap, etc.), also no clue what discount was added.

I saw a similar complaint from another customer, where the cost mentioned after repair caught them by surprise.

Jarod and Curtis did a super job for us. It was a tricky bit of plumbing that they did with great efficiency and professionalism. Will definitely call this company the next time we need any plumbing related work done.

As many have stated, Cregger is THE BEST. At every phase of interacting with this company, people are friendly, professional, patient and willing to explain things thoroughly. They are not the most budget-friendly option in the area, but they are the only plumbers I will use because I actually trust them.Even as someone on a budget, I will gladly prioritize spending a little more to insure not only great quality, but a very low stress process that is solved the first time! Though I have never had an issue, it is very clear to me that they would do the right thing in the event it was necessary.I really wouldn’t over think it, if you have a plumbing problem, do yourself a favor and hire them.

I needeed a plumber who worked with Home Warranty companies....I called a few and it seemed to be difficult to get one that was willing to work with the warranty company. But, when I called Mango the guy was very friendly and mentioned that he worked with them before. Russ was the plumber who came out, he was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly. I was very impressed and from now on I will be calling Mango (hopefully I wont need a plumber anytime soon but if I do they will be my choice).

Tim and Jack were a great team. They came out and set me up with a new kitchen sink faucet. Replaced and good as new in less than one hour. Bravo gents!!

Very dissatisfying and unprofessional I wouldn't recommend this place at all I would recommend they go out of business the plumber called prior to a job expressing his concerns about getting paid without accessing the job on top of wanting me to know about his children in the back seat an how they have to eat very uncalled for why tell a potential customer about how people have cheated him out of $20000 TMI BE AWARE

Austin and Harold are fantastic, professional plumbers. We recently moved and needed all kinds of work done, including replacement of toilets, redoing the pipe under the kitchen sink so the garbage disposal and dishwasher would work correctly, fixing the leak from the master shower into the basement, installing new fixtures for sinks and showers through-out the house, etc. We have been fortunate to work with Austin and Harold twice before, and we have had other plumbers from Heaney plumbing as well, and every single time these gentlemen check carefully with you to see what you want done, examine the job, and then do it in a most excellent way. Everything is always cleaned up/replaced and the home is better for them being there.

Prices are very fair and the work is excellent. Austin and Harold never try to scam you or oversell - they explain what is needed to be done and then ask you how you want to proceed. I appreciate them so much -- shout out to Liz in the office for all her work with insurance claims! THANK YOU!!!!
