I woke up one morning to see a leak in my living room ceiling. After trying many different plumbing services around me, with no luck, Waterwork Plumbing promptly responded to my call immediately and was very understanding of my situation and urgency, and sent out the crew the same day. The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. They explained the process the entire time, and kept me up to date. Their prices are great, and quality of work is even more amazing.

Ray has been coming to our rescue for the last three or four years. He's always friendly, personable, and professional. He has performed a number of plumbing jobs for us from the very small - like replacing a toilet flipper or garbage disposal - to more intense jobs like having to cut and repair a main drain that wasn't properly installed in the first place. He does a lot of jobs in a day, and the nature of plumbing is that not all jobs go according to plan; so if he's running behind, he stays in touch so I know when to expect him. I'd recommend Brock's to anyone in the metro area needing a good, honest plumber who charges reasonable prices for quality work.

Great service, but I don't understand why I got charged an hour when the work took 25 min, and the estimated rate is per hour (no upfront disclosure that 1h is a minimum charge). There was a small spoon stuck in the disposal; nothing else was wrong and nothing needed fixing. The technician, who was very helpful and did a great job, arrived at 3:15 and finished at 3:45, came back with the invoice at 3:50. It makes you feel kinda stupid, but whatever. I would suggest you clarify that on the spot before work begins, and include arrival time.

They are very professional, and was able to answer all my questions. Very nice guys, and I will continue to use Bison for all of my plumbing needs. I also will refer them to my family, friends, and coworkers.
