Was given Plumbing now to call for new bathroom installation,,new plumbing in bathroom, new pipes in home.

Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.

First contact Andrea was incredibly efficient, she knows the phone is the company's bread and butter and you will never be left waiting for a return call. Noah found an obscure, but substantial leak caused from a former defective installation. Noah's broad skills are methodical, so I had him tweak other plumbing issues which he resolved. Thanks to the Motor City team, our new plumber.

Guys did a great job but expensive.

Do not use Brock’s plumbing!!!! He has left my plumbing completely unusable after getting a piece of equipment stuck in my sewer line. He now refuses to answer my phone call or do anything to remedy the situation. This all pretty much tells me that he’s not insured. Don’t let him scam you like he did to me

Complete Plumbing Services installed a new water heater and we couldn't be happier. They were on time and on budget. They quoted us a price for installation and that's exactly what it was. Everything is up to code and you can bet we will call them for all of our future plumbing problems.

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!
