I can't say enough good things about Julian and Tony. They were here within 3 hours after I called with frozen water pipes on the coldest day of the year. They stayed until 9 pm to make sure this 75 year old lady had water. It was so cold and they were in a crawl space under my house . Unfortunately ,The weather wasn't so nice after they left,and they froze again...but , they were right back at my house the next morning !! All is good now. I would recommend this company to anyone , anytime..

Had these guys out to fix a leaky shutoff valve to the toilet, they can put and fixed it the first time, but after they left it was still leaking, Brian the owner and Julian went above and beyond and came out and make sure the job was done to satisfactory. I would highly recommend these guys

Robert & Dom came in and before any work was done they explained what the cost would be and any other charges if needed, then asked if I wanted them to go forward. While working to replace broken flange they asked about another item in my bathroom if I was interested in getting it done. I come from a customer service background and when someone goes beyond to help a customer I am happy. The extra work was very time consuming and they did an excellent job. Both were very pleasant and they cleaned up afterwards. In the future I will only call Best Plumbing 100% good people.

The left option overnight we had approximately four different plumbing companies out that did not know how to solve our problem and best plumbing came out and do it exactly where to start and get the job done fast they were extremely efficient fast and affordable and will use them all the time. I used this company 3 years ago, kirk was the man with the plan, I had a backed up sewer and he came and took care of it within the hour, and he gave me a great priced estimate on redoing my whole sewer to the city with a new clean out so that way next time I had a problem it could be addressed much easier. Outstanding people.

Fast and friendly service and the price is right

They came out the same day I called, unclogged my drains, cleaned up the mess. Very pleasant and informative did a great job, reasonable priced. I will definitely use this company again!

My garbage disposal went out on a Monday morning and these guys fixed it on Tuesday before 1pm. Quick turnaround from the initial call to the actual service. You just have to be flexible, if you want the service done quickly. Two plumbers came, one was named Julian. They were very professional and personable. I will call them again and refer my friends in Dearborn to them.

Trent did an excellent job of explaining things and fixed my issue quickly. I would recommend this place to others and use again in the future.

Erik and Jordan were very efficient and courteous. They had to snake the kitchen sink. They were knowledgeable and knew what had to be done. The price was reasonable. I'd use Best Plumbing again.

Very responsive to my initial call. Initially pleasant, polite, and cordial. Arrived as planned and assessed. We agreed on snaking the main drain, at a specific price, and they went out to bring in equipment. One of them came back in and said they changed their minds and wanted more money, and can only give me a range ($300-$400) to only start!! My concern is that we agreed on a price to snake, $170 cash, which was fair based on 3 other quotes. I dealt primarily with the younger man, who said he was owner's son-in-law, and he was polite and very helpful. The other individual was the person to come back in and retract. While I have no idea how good (or bad) their work is, I would not recommend calling them, not even for a quote. Very happy they changed their minds before they started.

My Best Plumbing experience was top notch from my initial call to the arrival of Jim and Joel in about an hour's time. They were very efficient, pleasant to talk to, and reasonably priced. They were even super sweet to my 13 yr old dog. They replaced my garbage disposal in less than hour, including removal which was difficult due to rust. Going forward, Best will be my go to plumbers. You won't be disappointed in their customer service.

Impressed with their knowledge, expediency, honesty and approachability, these two are clearly trustworthy and up front about EVERYTHING! After deciding to go with the dig and replacement (as this home was built in 1955 and the sewer system is/was original) we are over-the-moon happy with the expertise and precision used to fix this problem. I've been a long time customer of Best Plumbing. I've gone with other company's in the area before finding Best Plumbing and I was left feeling ripped off and disappointed. Since dealing with Best Plumbing for our sewer cleaning we've been able to extend the period of time between getting the sewer snaked and save money. I was having drain flies in my basement and called them on New Years eve late morning. They had Julian and Jordan out within a few hours. They found some issues with my laundry tub plumbing and quickly fixed it to city standards. I highly recommend this company.

Julian did a stand up job! He was thorough and personable. He worked efficiently and did an extra run to the store to pick up a valve that was clogged in order to install the refrigerator line. We will refer them to anyone interested and use them for any future repairs.

I called them on the morning of 03/24/2023 within hours they had a tech out and repaired my problem, I had called a so called 24 hour service the morning before and set up an appointment and after leaving work early to make the appointment they never showed, when I called them 5 times they said someone was on the way, but 5 times they wrote the phone number wrong and tried to blame me and everything in the world rather than admit fault , I'm extremely glad they didn't come, I got to meet Best plumbing and their great customer service and abilities , I can say I will recommend Best to everyone, I know out of the 7 shops we run if a need arises Best plumbing will get the call! Jon and Jordan were true professionals. I had a clog in my main drain, as they went through the steps of unclogging Jon explained everything to me as he did them and also recommended a product we could use to help with any root issues. He was able to answer all of me and my husbands questions and left us feeling assured with going forward. They even cleaned up after they were done. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be calling them for maintenance of our drain or any other plumbing issues that may arise. Also, when I scheduled service I spoke with Brian and he was the nicest person as well and I could hear the determination to help me in a time of need he got someone to me within a couple hours. The payment was within reason for services provided.

Definitely the BEST!! Without an access to reach my leak, I was prepared for a full bathroom demo and reno. Julian and Chad worked with my schedule, arrived exactly when they said they would, and patiently repaired the leak with very minimal damage to the surrounding area. They were friendly, professional and courteous, explained everything they were doing, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. Did I mention they’re the BEST???

I just want to thank Best Plumbing but especially their technicians Julian and Chad for their services and professionalism, and for explaining every step of the process so we had a better understanding of what was going on and what the issues were. I'm so grateful for the service I received from Julien and Tony from Best Plumbing. They were super accommodating. On short notice they were able to meet me after work which is the only time that I was available. They were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

I thought that I had a water leak in my wall which thanfully turned out not to be the case. They fixed multiple small issues that I had not gotten around to calling a plumber to address and even an issue that I thought that would require an electrician. For all that they did, I would have paid much more but was only charged a small service fee....less than dinner out, to have peace of mind. I highly recommend Julien and I'm happy to say that I now have a reliable and fair plumbing service to call for emergencies and routine maintenance.

Truly the best plumbers i have ever dealt with. Brandon fixed my initial issues quickly and brought in John and Shawn straight away to repair a much bigger problem i didn't even realize i had. This could have been a terrible experience but John was truly a saint, explaining everything and making sure i knew what was going on every step of the way. They charged me a very fair price for the amount of work they did and i am so grateful they were able to find the actual problem and finally fix it the right way. Great job guys! In a pinch I needed a broken p trap replaced, was able to call and get help same day. Erik and Ben arrived when promised, we're very professional and clearly communicated the repair and cost. It was done quickly with no mess behind. Highly recommend.

Have used them for years for small jobs. Over Memorial day weekend, my sewer blocked up. They came over immediately. They worked for hours to get some flow until they could do the big repair the following week. They were terrific. Julian and Kirk gave an accurate quote, worked hard and did a great clean up on a big messy job. Their prices are very fair. Will only use them.

Eric was Awesome! He was very explanatory and walked me through the entire work process and gave me tips on prevention. While in my home he was very respectful and his communication with me was beyond any service I've had before. Definitely will be calling him back for any future work I will need!

I had Best Plumbing install an underground sump pump and hot water heater.

They had to excavate concrete to do so. It took them 2 days to finish all the work.

Brian was very polite and respectful throughout the process. They had to reroute a section of pipe after inspection, which they did promptly and without complaint. I hired them to replace two external faucets when they returned.

Brian wasn’t pushy or overselling which I appreciated. He quoted a reasonable price and stuck to it throughout.

They worked very cleanly - covered floors and stairs and cleaned up after themselves.

I’ve had some horror stories with contractors in the past but my experience with Best Plumbing was pleasant. They seem to think long-term and I’ll be referring them to people I know.

Called for a quote on a difficult job. Julian came out and quoted me an amount that was more than fair. We agreed upon a date and time even though my work schedule didnt allow a weekday appointment he agreed to come on a Saturday. He was very responsive to any questions I had between quote date and repair date. Called me morning of the appointment and wanted to give me an eta and it was in the agreed upon time. Came in and was very polite friendly and an all around good person. Got right to work and kept me updated and informed on what was going on and keeping me alert of anything that could possibly go wrong and if I wanted to proceed. Trent and Charles Came out and did a Waterjetter job after previously Snaking the drain proved ineffective. Trent made sure that the Waterjetter guy did a complete and thorough job by continuously probing with the camera from the house to the sewer main multiple times. Trent even had the Jetter guy come back after he was in the process of packing up his equipment to re-Jet a few spots Trent Identified as incomplete. Charles was very helpful and friendly and both answered any questions I asked. Waterjetter got pipe over 90% clean. Everything looks good but only time will tell.

A true blessing in our life. I want to thank Brian for sending Joel and Jim to our home. We were needing a water line installed for our new refrigerator that we had purchased from Home Depot. After their (HD) recommended plumber came out, they gave us a quote of a water line of $870.00!!!! My experience with Best plumbing was excellent. I called and they were able to service me the same day. Thanks to Trent and Charles my main drain is unclogged. At first they were having some issues getting the snake into the drain because i have an older drain system that still has the trap on it. However, Trent and Charles were relentless in getting the issue fixed. They didnt stop until they were able to get the problem fixed. They were also able to tell me what my issue. Is and get the roots out the drain that was further down the line. I would defiantly use Best plumbing im the future!

I called Best Plumbing after realizing there was water leaking into my basement when the outdoor water hose was on. Dominic and his assistant came and repaired a new pipe within 1 hour. I was extremely impressed at how quickly the company responded to my call. Very professional and polite.

We called the Wayne/Westland location and they were very helpful. What started as a simple snaking problem turned into a 12' wasteland and they were more than flexible with the additional costs. They were very informative throughout the process and answered any additional questions we had. i highly recommend them for any plumbing problems you have.

For example, instead of telling me there was no other way of fixing my problem and taking $1,200 + they insisted on trying another solution and it worked, only costing me $125. Called on a Friday, as a new customer our house drains were completely clogged. Julian and Jordan came out did a thorough assessment (we have an older home and had been experiencing slow, plugged drains for years but this was completely stopped). Wednesday by 2:30 the backhoe was gone, new drains, cleanouts,everything was complete and cleaned up. You need to really consider Best plumbing.

Julian and Tony were our plumbers. This whole company is awesome and professional and knowledgeable. I have had bad experiences with plumbers and they have eased my mind because I will only use them for now on. I wish I found them sooner. Brian has a fantastic team. They are honest and punctual. I called for a quote for a pretty simple job based on the good reviews they have on here. I just wanted 5 feet of drain pipe moved in my kitchen. I had already removed the cabinets and the drywall that were in the way to make this as easy a possible. The plumber arrived four hours after the time we agreed on. He quoted around $500 to do a job that should take easily less than an hour. He also didn't see an issue with drilling through the king stud in the exterior wall of my house.

After their visit I couldn't believe that this was the same company that had so many 5 star reviews. Half of the people giving the reviews, however, appear to be giving fake reviews. They have each written three reviews, and all three of them were for this company and with perfect scores. I would avoid this company at all cost unless you want to pay $30 for them to come give you an overpriced quote.

Julian was very communicative throughout the process, up front about price and was able to minimize damage to my bathroom and kitchen. He was also a huge help with the insurance company.

I had a split pipe in the wall and they were conscious and careful to detach the lazy Susan and minimize the damage to the cabinet wall to get access to the pipe. I don't think they could have been more careful if it was their own home. They also offered to clean up. Ending price was right on the estimate. Will update in a month to see how it holds up!

One day before I called best plumbing I separate company came by to snake out our clogged drain. They told me that the snake got hung up and that it was because I had a broken pipe. Said it would be 2800$ to fix it.

I made an appointment with best plumbing the next day because I wanted visual confirmation of the broken pipe before we started destroying our basement. Kevin came with the camera and was incredibly thoughtful, respectful and thorough. First he took off his shoes (something the first people didnt do). Then he went down into the basement and set up his camera, showed me there were no broken pipes and then gave me some tips on how to prevent further buildup in the pipes.

All in all, he saved my family >2500$. This company is honest and trustworthy. They would rather get a referral than lie about broken pipes.

They replaced my disposal approx. 7 months ago and they did a great job! They were friendly, professional, timely, and affordable. Unfortunately, today the disposal broke (maybe my fault), but thankfully this is a great company and they've offered to fix it. Not always does a company stand by their work and help their customers, but Best Plumbing does. The owner is a solid, honest guy who truly wants to do good work and make customers happy. They also use American-made products! So if you need plumbing work done, then call them... you won't regret it!!

Really great service. We had a pipe burst in our kitchen and Julian and Jordan were called on Friday and were out here on Monday! They were even nice to the dog! I couldn’t have asked for better service. They took care of me and my elderly mother so that we weren’t without water for long at all.

I had a few companies come to try and help me with my broken pipe. One cut off my cap and let it fall into the pipe and then asked me to take down my garage to fix the pipe....another wanted almost 2k more then Best and were so unprofessional. Best had the best price, best people and now that the work is done I am thrilled at how fast they got it done and didn't even mention something so silly as removing my garage. I won't use another plumber and you shouldn't either.

I don’t generally post bad reviews but I had two different plumbing issues looked at by two of their plumbers and both said they needed to tear out the wall to clean the pipes. Had another plumber come out and snake the drains no problem. I’d get multiple opinions if anyone is suggesting massive amount of work for very small/common problems.
They seemed nice though (both techs and the phone team), I just wasn’t happy I was being convinced I had to tear two walls out when I didn’t.

I rarely leave reviews but in this case I had to! It was such a pleasure to have trustworthy plumbers come to my home and do work. I felt they were honest and not trying to rip me off like every other plumbing company. I highly recommended this company!!!

I recently remodeled my bathroom and ran into a problem when I was putting in my cabinet. My shut off valves were too low for my new cabinet so I call this company out to give me a run down of what needed to be done and when they came out the gave me a quick run down of what needed to be done and suggested using shark bite fittings to do the job. They suggested me to do it myself due to the job being so easy especially with the fittings. Here I am now thankful for them saving me hundreds of dollars for them to do it when it was a straight forward job. THIS COMPANY IS VERY HONEST AND RELIABLE!

I had an issue with my shower leaking. In order to repair One of the two Plumber Joel had to get into a very small and difficult area to work in. I certainly would not want to attempt to get in and out of that area. I was amazed and impressed with both plumbers. They were done much quicker than I thought. And at the end of the day it will be easier to repair if I ever need it done again. And the Cost of the repair was reasonable. Best Plumbing will be my Choice from now on out.

I called to ask if they could help me with installing an item on my outdoor faucet and they told me the name of the part that I needed and that it was a quick 2 minute fix. They said they'd prefer to not charge me for something that's basic but to call back if I needed help. It really was as simple as putting a hose on a faucet and I appreciate them being honest about it. I'd use their services anytime.

I had Julian and Tony come out for a job to install a water powered backup sump pump. They did a great job. Both were personable and professional. They completed the job much faster than I anticipated. I noticed a small leak and they immediately had a fix for it. I feel confident that the job was done well enough to support what I needed. If you want a job done efficiently at a fair price. I would definitely consider giving these guys a call and request Julian and Tony.

Their phone quote was about 200 dollars lower than their in person quote. Personally I think the job was about in the middle of the two quotes given. Aside from the quoting I would recommend them for your plumbing jobs.

Julian and his crew were always out here and on time. Work was very professional - they worked with the insurance company and came to an agreement that worked for all parties. Wouldn’t use another plumber in the area after the experience I’ve had with them.

I had a huge job with doing a full rough-in for a full bathroom in my basement along with all waterlines, main stack replacement, hot water tank upgrade, all new plumbing for my existing bathroom and kitchen along with basically full sewer line replacement. Julian and Chad did an amazing job and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Julian is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in full detail and never left me questioning anything. Both of them were very friendly and personable and would recommend everyone using them for all your plumbing needs. Amazing professional work, very affordable, easy to talk to and get ahold of.

Did a good job but some of the tile got damaged. Even thou he stated that any damage to the tile is not covered which it should be. The one tile was not even by the toilet so that was disappointing, but Brian who went above and beyond came out to to the house and inspected the damage and refunded a portion of the cost back to me. My experience with this company was very good and I certainly recommend them. They replaced my water heater and the plumber gave me the sense that he really knows what he is doing, which gave me confidence in his work. He cleaned up the work area when he finished the installation and I am very pleased. The plumber was also a nice, outgoing guy and I would request him (Jim) if I need work on other plumbing issues.

I mean, a review really just not enough. They were the second professionals I called and I couldn’t ask for better. The first company wanted to do way more than needed and charge more. Beat plumbing came in, said they believe they would just have to change one section and if they needed to go further they would. They came, did the work and just like they said they only needed to change a section. They showed me their work as they were doing it! Nice, very professional and very reasonable. Most definitely recommend.

Sean & Charles came out very quickly after I called about water back up in our basement. They were able to clear the clog, and run a camera for us so we know next steps to take.

Update - changed my review because we had to have them back out less than 30 days later. They were rude and tried to charge me more the 2nd time for the same service they had provided less than 30 days previous. They also left behind a nasty mess that we had to clean up.

I recently had to get my bathroom vanity from 1950 replaced, and since I’ve used Best Plumbing before, I went with them and they did a superb job! After a wonderful surprise of a water filled basement, my husband and I frantically started calling plumbers. Everywhere we called couldn't come out for days, or wanted to charge us an additional $400 just because it would be after 5pm whenever they could come. Finally we found Best Plumbing. They came out immediately, figured out the problem, and fixed it the very next morning. They were nice, professional, quick & most importantly did great work at a great price. They were also extremely helpful with answering any questions regarding filing my insurance claim.

I've been searching for someone to fix the ancient storm drain (swing trap?) in my Dearborn basement. It would flood stormwater with heavy rains. Grandparents needed a new hot water tank for their manufactured home. Without even coming out to look at it, they quoted $1,400.00. Their excuse was, because it's a manufactured home, we have to order from Capital. Capital charges $850 for the hot water tank. The hot water tank that is in there now is a standard 40 gallon tank connected to natural gas and there is plenty of room to put in a larger tank. You can buy a tankless system at Lowe's for $698. Are you gonna tell me the tankless system won't fit? This company is a joke and apparently one of the many that enjoy the benefits of ripping off the uninformed. I guess that was the senior discount they mentioned.

I had some non emergency drain work that needed to be done on my waste water pipes. Julian came out and gave a quote to fix the issue. His quote was competitive and included some additional work that other quotes did not include.

I recently had Best Plumbing out to take care of a major sewer backup in my basement. Julian and Jordan were fast and did a fantastic job! They removed the 90 year old traps on my sanitary and storm lines and installed cleanouts as well as backflow valves. Before sealing it all up, they made sure my drains were completely clear all the way out to the city sewer main. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing plumbing work done!
