Reggie was very professional and punctuation. My hot water tank needed to be replaced and the plumbing company my home warranty wanted to do the job was trying to gauge me to just install it. Reggie responded to within 24 hours. He arrived the next day with the hot water tank on time and finished in a timely matter. I would recommend him to all my family and friends. Timely response. Very open to listening to us before he started the work. Talked us through options before he started. Used camera and immediately diagnosed the issue. Took care of it. Cleaned up after himself. Explained everything he did as he went. Excellent work! I felt like my son was helping me. Don't be dismayed by his youth...this young man is the Patrick MaHommes of plumbing!!
