Our family has used Plumbing Techs twice, once for issues regarding our plumbing stack that had been installed incorrectly by another plumber previous to us owning the house and our second issue was with our kitchen plumbing freezing over. Martin was dispatched in both instances. He was punctual, communicated effectively about what he was seeing, the fix or fixes that we could consider and explained what he was doing while he was doing the work, and cleaned up after he was done. We will always call Plumbing Techs for any plumbing issues we have with our home.

John had to replace several pieces of copper pipe, upgrade 2 valves that were no
longer up to code and not working correctly.

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!
