Our family had an issue with a toilet that was poorly installed by a non-professional. The toilet was out of order due to an internal issue in the area of the toilet that holds the water prior to flushing. It was spraying water on the inside and wasn't properly filling and shutting off. Upon searching online and seeing Plumbing Now come up in search results as being highly rated and a quality business, we gave them a phone call. They promptly and courteously picked up and told us they'd give us a phone call about ten minutes from arrival. Mark Beaudoin, owner of Plumbing Now, showed up at our doorstep soon after the ten minute notice. He was professionally dressed and wore a mask due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He quickly was able to inspect the toilet and diagnose the issue with ease. He clearly was a professional. He knew what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and promptly gave us a cost. He charged our family an extremely reasonable cost to repair the toilet. We agreed and within seconds he got back into his truck, got out the needed supplies he needed to make the repair, and within 10 minutes he had corrected said issue and ensured there were no other major issues that needed immediate attention. He was kind and respectful and very knowledgeable. If you want something done right and fast, he's your guy. The icing on the cake is that it's a locally owned business since 1993! What better way to support our neighbours during a pandemic than by using their services! We need more quality service professionals like Mark! Give him a call and get back to your day! He'll do it right and fast! 5 out of 5 stars. Definitely repeat customers! :-)

Blake came out and fixed a backup of all our toilets and showers. He was amazing at his job and explaining all of our options and his plan. He was also great with our 5 year old son. Definitely great company and great guy.

OUTSTANDING performance and results. Very professional looking, work in total sync with one another to get the job done fast. Beautiful work on a barricaded hard to reach broken drain trap that leaked 100sqft of water everywhere. JOB WELL DONE!

We highly recommend this crew to anyone. I came to them while they were working on a neighbors issue. They were friendly and professional. They came in and prepped the house by covering doorways and fixtures, explained exactly what they were doing at each phase of the pipe replacement, and were quick for the big job we had for them. Once they were done, they cleaned up the mess and made sure we were happy with the results. If you want quality work at a fair price, you found the right company!

Kenny is awesome, he was the only guy to pick up the phone on my first call. He installed a new furnace and water heater the next day, no excuses and does what he has to do.
His prices were fair, I paid him in full prior to him showing up or even meeting him. He did what was promised and came back once my power was turned on to be sure everything was working as it should.
This guy gets things done and quickly!!

First job Ryan did a good job. Second job unfinished and I still have a leak. Waited all day on 12-03-18,no call no show.Tried to call did not answer voicemail full.

If I could give zero stars I would. Only positive thing about my experience is that they came on time. My sewer line was clogged and backing up I explained where I believed the clogging was and they proceeded to go through the floor drain. After unsuccessful attempt I explained that it would properly be better to go through the clear out drain where the main stack is. They ignored my plea and decided to clear out all the way to the city sewer. After another unsuccessful attempt I pleaded with the again to snake from the main . And they finally did. Within a couple minutes my clog was cleared. They charged me 425 dollars for a job that should have been 150-200 max. I asked them about pricing before they even started and kept getting the run around. After the job was done they said 425 dollars and I almost had a heart attack. These guys are scam artists in my opinion.
