We had a broken water heater replaced with a tankless water heater by K. M. Plumbing. My wife and I were so pleased with Ken and Brandon that we called them back the following week and had them replace a laundry tub and faucet too. Both times they came when promised, did an excellent job, and thoroughly cleaned up the work areas. We now have someone we are comfortable trusting with all our plumbing needs.

Wish I could give a worse review. He is the rudest person I have ever had the experience of working with in business. I wouldn't use him if my house was under water. This is my first bad review ever but I felt others should know of his awful service.

Water tank problems on Friday evening. Called Ken...got parts and had tank repaired by Sat noon. Will recomend.

He prices are ridiculous, he wanted 275 for clogged sink.

I highly recommend this company. I had a water meter leak in my basement and Ken was very quick to respond and repair the leak. Very professional and user friendly. If I have any other plumbing issues I will surely be calling Ken.

It's tough to find those two qualities in a business today. After seeing the professional work Ken did...I wouldn't even imagine going with another company for my future plumbing needs.

Ken has done a handful of jobs now for my family and friends. I would recommend him to anyone. No matter what the job is he gets it done quick and gives a very reasonable price. He also has a great attitude and personality, which I think is very important!

This guy does exactly what you call him for. He fixes the problem and really keeps the cost down. He will be the only plumber I will ever call.

Had a leaking valve and a dead/leaking garbage disposal. Called and they came over promptly and fixed all issues quickly and at a reasonable cost.

This guy is awesome! Always does excellent work. Had him take out one of those old concrete laundry tubs and put in a new plastic one a couple years ago. Had him out today to run my sewer line. Didn't rush and took his time and went above and beyond! I need some more stuff done and I will call him again with complete confidence. Do yourself a favor and call this professional!

Ken is the epitome of professionalism and customer service. Prompt to arrive, fully attentive while taking the time to elucidate his work as he completes it so you can easily follow along if you're not exactly knowledgable. He also took time from his schedule to repair other issues I've had as well as a well-within reasonable price. Would score higher if I could.

My toilet was jacked up for 3 days. While I tried unsuccessfully to unclog it myself. Once i realized i was about to cost myself more money I stopped and called Ken. I see now why he has a good rating. It was almost 8pm and Ken came over and got me toilet going in minutes!!! He basically responded to my EMERGENCY. I had a hot date coming over.... needed my toilet to work!! Ken handled it. Very professional and if I ever need plumbing help again Ken wil be the guy I call. Thanks Ken!!!
