Best Hot Water Tank Installation in Detroit MI

Saved me over $4,000. 2 other companies came in to look at my store’s slow drains. Both companies wanted to break up the concrete and replace the main pipe. One estimated $3100 (local company), the other $4450 (big national brand name ). Ed and his co-worker (sorry didn’t catch your name ), cleaned out the main drain and I was free and clear for under $200. Horrible customer service. Dishonest business practice. Was told I would get a call from the owner about a way that an employee spoke to me over the phone about the services. This employee was a plumber with the company. While on the phone with me he used vulgar language and false accusations. The company had no issue taking me call and my money. The story, the pricing, and rhe service i received was very different from the services I requested. When i tried to work with the company to find a solution, the customer service rep for the company led me to believe she was concerned as i was. Til this day i have no received even a courtesy call. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Jacob was at our historic home in Detroit and upgraded out home from a very dated and undersized water heater to a tankless Rinnai and we were absolutely thrilled with his work! His team was professional, fast, reliable, and took the time to clean up our basement when they were done, leaving it cleaner down there then when they started! Overall I was impressed with his knowledge of Rinnai systems, he clearly spends a lot of time educating himself on the product and even spent time with us showing us how to set up the app and how it worked.

His prices were very fair and his work was exceptional so we absolutely do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to upgrade their home system to a tankless in the future. My bubble baths in my large cast iron tub are so much better now that I know I am not blowing through our home’s tank of water and its amazing!
