Prompt, polite, competent!!!

Called this place for a plumbing fix but had the worst experience. From unprofessional attitudes to them cutting me off to talk over me as I'm explaining the situation, not even 30 seconds in and asking for money.

Avoid this place, go to the other plumbers on Google for a much much better experience.

I had mention that my laundry sink was backed up the operator told me that it didn’t matter and that they had the tools for the job but as soon as someone got here they did not have the correct tools . When I mentioned that the drain might be clogged the plumber told me since I know some much about plumbing why I didn’t do it and he insisted that my cement needed to be busted up before even tryin to figure out the simple solution . Long story short I took the pipe that was under the sink aloose and it was just clogged this place is a scam.

Had back up drain in bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Was not sure if pipes old or just normal hair clog for bathroom and food or old pipes for kitchen. I was referred to Mike by a friend. Mike was very friendly when calling to set an appointment and worked out a date to come out (not an emergency situation or he would've fit in). Called before arriving as promised. No issue with Kitchen sink - disposal worked itself out with simple fix and no need to do anything to that. Bathroom sink was normal hair/soap back up and was easy fix. Did find out from Mike and Jason that the contractors that did the bathroom remodel did not replace the galvanized pipes as they were told to do. I am VERY happy with service: friendliness and honesty I received as well as advisement on what product not to use and only use if needed. I am very pleased with the referral to Mike and did let my friend know! I will DEFINITELY refer to others. Honest, professional, timely & friendly service! Verry knowledgeable and came and estimated the issue with speed and a good level of knowledge.

We have not been in our house long and still learning how everything works with it being an older. Mike came out and was very personable and identified our issue quickly. He also educated me on not only what happened but what things we can do in the future to prevent it. He made sure he tested everything multiple times before leaving as well. I provide customer service for a living so I am always appreciative to get quick and quality service from someone so knowledgeable. Thank you again to Levine and Sons

We had a steam radiator pipe fail under the floor of the family room in our 1920's tudor and had visions of jackhammers and a huge mess dancing in our heads. Ripplinger to the rescue! Jacob and his team outfitted the room with a Rinnai ventless/natural gas heater within a few short days of our call, even completing the job to our amazement on xmas eve.
