I’ve been using Nelson Plumbing for many years now, and I’ve always gotten excellent service! I have referred them to family and friends and they agree on the quality of service provided as well. In this situation, they fixed up a basement bathroom that had corroded pipes in the sink and a toilet from 1960 that was leaking. The company is very professional, customer-centric, and responsive. Their technicians are all top notch - very experienced and they deliver quality work; this definitely includes the gentleman who did the work today. I consider them a trusted service provider!

As it turned out, Hoover just had to check out my circuit box to discover I wasn't flicking a couple breakers all the way over, this allowing them to trip easily. Regardless, I was impressed by the two electricians friendliness and professionalism, plus they came out to my home within a hour of my phone call. I will definitely use Hoover again.

I woke up one morning to see a leak in my living room ceiling. After trying many different plumbing services around me, with no luck, Waterwork Plumbing promptly responded to my call immediately and was very understanding of my situation and urgency, and sent out the crew the same day. The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. They explained the process the entire time, and kept me up to date. Their prices are great, and quality of work is even more amazing.

Braeden was exceptional! He came out to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. He made sure I knew all my options, and showed me exactly where the crack in drain was. I had other questions which he was more than happy to explain plumbing to me in laymans terms.Also, he was so personable and friendly, and easy going. A joy to talk with. He completed the job pretty quickly, I thought, and went over everything. Works great! No more leaking. Price was very fair also!Very pleased with Cregger.We had to use them in the past for a big sewer line project. Kevin S. and Sadar were excellent on that. The work needed was extensive, and they did an amazing job!Kevin came highly recommended to me which is why I requested he do the work.I requested him this time also, but he was unavailable. I lucked up and found Master Plumbers after HomeDepot's contracted service company dropped off my new dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen blocking my family room and ran off without installing, which was paid for. This company came out the same day and installed my dishwasher. In fact the service was so good, I called them back out to repair a leak in my bathroom. Excellent service, competent plumbers, and quality work! I highly recommend!

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!
