New Center did the plumbing for me in a carriage house on the west side. Apparently they usually only do commercial jobs, but the contractor handling my build out knew a guy who knew the owner. I think my job helped the owner fill some open time in the schedule between some larger commercial jobs. They were professional and did the work well and showed up when they said they would, even during COVID times when it is near impossible to get professionals to your house. The only reason this review isn't 5 stars is that after finishing all the work they didn't clean up well (dirt in the shower, handprints on the walls). Not a huge deal on otherwise good service.

Kenny responded during the holidays; my tenants furnace went kaput; he installed new one in 24hrs & really important to me, he cleaned up everything leaving the basement looking good! Yep, I recommend him.

This company came out to attempt to fix a clogged drain. They cut the metal drain cap off the drain and didn’t have the decency to return it back to the way it was. Then he tells me that to fix the problem they need to replace the whole drain pipe in the basement and bust up some of my basement floor. Do not use this company very unprofessional! I reached out to them to tell him that he broke my cap and he yells at me proceeds to tell me to get another plumber to fix the cap

Customer service and the technician Bobby was friendly and professional. Did a little extra drilling of 2 holes through my floor when one was necessary and didn't sweep up, but the job got done and things are working as intended. Appreciate coming out on such short notice for a simple job though. I'd recommend service to others looking!
