From the minute they answered the phone to take the service call to finishing the job was a total of less than 3 hrs start to finish. Mark the tech/owner did an absolutely amazing job! About 2 weeks ago we ran into a major problem. Again, like no other, Mark came through in a clutch moment. Our shower cartridge broke apart when we were trying to repair our shower tap. Of course no one sells the updated Delta parts, at least no one that stays open past 5. Mark had come through for us in the past & didn’t fail us this time either. What was even more moving, was the fact that he drove to meet us half way to get the part from him. We couldn’t believe he offered to do that, after hours, on his way out with his wife. He literally saved the day!! Thank you Mark for being such a kind & generous person in the wake of some pretty gruelling times. Plumbing Now will always be our first call & will always receive our high praises.

Our basement flooded, the plumber cleared the clog and sent an inspection camera down our sewer pipe at no extra cost to provide preventative options. Very friendly and professional.

Plumbing started backing up, called Motown, and they were out withing a couple hours to snake my drain. Turned out, the drain plumbing under the basement wall had completely collapsed. This was on a Thursday. By Saturday, he had the inside drain pipes AND outside drain pipes replaced. Since the outside had to be dug out, I opted to have them also install a sewer backflow valve, so that if the sewers back up, like in years past, my house is protected. Quick, honest, and reasonable. They kept me updated throughout the process of what they were doing and what was required. They are now my first call for any future plumbing work.

My ac went out after hours and on a weekend. They came out that day. A serviceman named Winston fixed the unit. He was wonderful and professional. Considering the factors, the price was below others I had called as well. I definitely would recommend them to my friends and family!

This place only services commercial buildings, not residential!

Horrible! I called and was told someone would be out between an hr and a hr and a half, almost 3 hrs later I haven’t heard from anyone!

I use Brocks. These serviceman are professional. They do a quality job. HONEST about what kind of services you need done. Affordable and reliable.

Waste of money. The repair man cost $70 to come to the house and performed no actual inspection. He looked at the age of the water heater and told me to get a new one. What a joke

$120 to light the pilot to the hot water heater. It’s a push button really? That is ridiculous.
