I have used Cregger Plumbing various times in the past year in my new home. From leaks, floods to line inspections they have been excellent. I needeed a plumber who worked with Home Warranty companies....I called a few and it seemed to be difficult to get one that was willing to work with the warranty company. But, when I called Mango the guy was very friendly and mentioned that he worked with them before. Russ was the plumber who came out, he was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly. I was very impressed and from now on I will be calling Mango (hopefully I wont need a plumber anytime soon but if I do they will be my choice).

We had a drainage issue and had the local Mr.Rooter out to our house address it. We were very pleased with Mr.Rooter and therefore would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing service. The Mr.Rooter technicians that came to our house were on time, very clean, professional and polite. They cleared the blockage and explained the problem and also how we could avoid another plugged drain in the future. Thank you Mr.Rooter Windsor.

Mr. Brock installed a new hot water heater for me. He assisted me in the type of heater that I should purchase. He picked the heater up from the store, brought it to my home and installed it. I was very pleased with his service. He was polite and very professional. He took time to answer all of my questions and made sure that I understood the work that he was doing in my home. He had to turn my gas off, so he made sure that all of my gas appliances were working properly before he left. It was a pleasure to have Mr. Brock take care of my concerns with my hot water heater. He also took the time to take care of a leak under my kitchen sink. I am senior citizen, who lives alone, I was very comfortable with Mr. Brock, working in my home. I would definitely recommend him. His prices were reasonable and fair.

BEWARE- Jim will become aggressive and even confrontational when asked about the work he has performed. If you want to be able to understand the work you are paying thousands for, i would not recommend his services. Completely unprofessional and rude. Anybody who hangs up on a customer that is simply trying to understand the price for the work should not service the community. Highly recommend he check his ego and that you look for someone else if you want good customer service. Never recommending him to any of my network and hope you do not trust him when he says you have a warranty on his work.
