Best Drain Replacement in Detroit MI

I’ve been using Nelson Plumbing for many years now, and I’ve always gotten excellent service! I have referred them to family and friends and they agree on the quality of service provided as well. In this situation, they fixed up a basement bathroom that had corroded pipes in the sink and a toilet from 1960 that was leaking. The company is very professional, customer-centric, and responsive. Their technicians are all top notch - very experienced and they deliver quality work; this definitely includes the gentleman who did the work today. I consider them a trusted service provider!

Quick in their response. Communicated great throughout the process. Our technician, Dustin was very nice, prompt and efficient. Our sump pump was literally shooting out water into our basement. He replaced the pump and some of the piping in no time at all. Would definitely recommend Hoover.

Great communication, get the job done downright, good price

Great experience with Drain Station today. My kitchen sink has been backing up for a week and after several attempts to clear the clog myself I broke down and call Drain Station. They are located close to me in Ferndale which was great but the real selling point was they would come out at a set appointment that I chose the same day. The plumber Johnny was excellent to deal with; very punctual and friendly. On top of Drain Station and Johnny's excellent service was their 60 day warranty on the work.

Definitely would recommend them to anyone. Especially if you want a firm appointment.

Repairman did a fantastic job of snaking out my sump pump line from the house to the storm sewer. Great worker and I couldn't be happier.

Came out but was only fixed for 2 weeks. Then they said one time only they'd repair it again for free. They never came again and the responses were unprofessional. Only reason it not a 1 star is it was fixed for 2 weeks

We highly recommend this crew to anyone. I came to them while they were working on a neighbors issue. They were friendly and professional. They came in and prepped the house by covering doorways and fixtures, explained exactly what they were doing at each phase of the pipe replacement, and were quick for the big job we had for them. Once they were done, they cleaned up the mess and made sure we were happy with the results. If you want quality work at a fair price, you found the right company!

It was a pleasure dealing with Bubby’s from first to last contact. Jennifer quickly gave us appointment options that weren’t scheduled too far out, and Kyle showed up pretty close to when he promised, and completed the work efficiently and effectively. One of our neighbours recommended Bubby’s to us, and we’ll do the same for anyone who asks.

I read reviews and i heard about tay tay so i called and asked if i could request him . It went very well they arrived 30 mins after the call and found the problem very quickly . Totally recommended.

I had a toilet drain backup occur I called several plumbing Co.. 1st of all Roulo’s Plumbing gave me a estimate that was reasonable and didn’t give me a big different price once they saw the job. The guys Pete and Matt were professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this plumbing co. to others. Sundra.

This is who to call when you have issues. They were fast, reliable, fair, professional, and nice. The main guy I worked with was Ryan and he took extra care to explain everything and show me what was needed and why. Felt I was getting exactly what I needed (no up sell or trying to rip me off bc I am a female). I have a family member who was in the same business and he told me the price I was getting was very fair for the extensive work that I needed. The crew that showed up worked hard and did a great job. The only place I will call for big jobs!

I called them out for a bathtub not draining, had my pipes cleared in minutes and great advice to keep them up on my own! Would highly recommend!

Said he’d be here to unclog a main drain early afternoon today hasn’t responded to texts or calls. All the negative reviews about poor customer service are spot on..

I had a leaking pipe that was causing an issue with my flooring. I was pleasantly surprised about and appreciated the same day service. My service tech Isaac was great and got the job done! Isaac was very knowledgeable about his craft. He fixed my leaking toilet - an issue that another company I contacted for a quote said they couldn't do. He also cleaned up afterwards. Dearborn area

This company came out to attempt to fix a clogged drain. They cut the metal drain cap off the drain and didn’t have the decency to return it back to the way it was. Then he tells me that to fix the problem they need to replace the whole drain pipe in the basement and bust up some of my basement floor. Do not use this company very unprofessional! I reached out to them to tell him that he broke my cap and he yells at me proceeds to tell me to get another plumber to fix the cap

Install a new toilet wax ring on a leaky toilet. Toilet continue to leak. So I tried to call and text Al and Demetrius numerous times. Went straight to voicemail. Never a call back and no response. So I had to pay another plumber to do the job right. What’s so interesting is that I was going to hire them to do a much larger job. I try and support my local business when I can. But when I do I get someone that’s trying to get over on people.

Mr. Rooter was quick to investigate and repair leaks. My technician was great at explaining everything from the initial problem to the repair needed. The customer service was wonderful and the texts I received prior to my technician arriving were great, especially the picture of the person completing the repair . I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and will definitely be calling them for any future issues
