I woke up one morning to see a leak in my living room ceiling. After trying many different plumbing services around me, with no luck, Waterwork Plumbing promptly responded to my call immediately and was very understanding of my situation and urgency, and sent out the crew the same day. The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. They explained the process the entire time, and kept me up to date. Their prices are great, and quality of work is even more amazing.

I stopped by to get some rootx at 2:45 pm and they were closed

I put in a call in for service at 8:30 in the morning. I was told by the person answering the phone that she would give my number and message to the dispatcher to call and schedule my service. I told them the reason I was calling was I had no hot water. I did not get a call back till 11:50 and was told they could not service me till Monday of the following week and this was Tuesday. I told her that wasn’t acceptable and that I would contact Mike who had always taken care of me. She told me that maybe I should look else were for service. I told her put me down for Monday because I needed something on the books. I then reached out to Mike who helped me with my scheduling problem he was able to get some one out later that afternoon to check my problem out. I ended up replacing my water heater the next day. I would give Mike and the other techs a ten if I could and the dispatcher a negative number. It’s all about customer service and it begins with who answers the phone. Sad but true. Great techs terrible phone people.

I spoke to Mike on a Thursday and he had someone at my house at 8am on a Friday. His employee was punctual and so kind. He explained everything to me before he did it. He was so efficient and had all the parts we needed because Mike warned him ahead of time. It was such a great experience! I’d suggest them to anyone!!!

Owner was rude and does not understand gas pipe sizing

This company came out to attempt to fix a clogged drain. They cut the metal drain cap off the drain and didn’t have the decency to return it back to the way it was. Then he tells me that to fix the problem they need to replace the whole drain pipe in the basement and bust up some of my basement floor. Do not use this company very unprofessional! I reached out to them to tell him that he broke my cap and he yells at me proceeds to tell me to get another plumber to fix the cap
