Great experience with Drain Station today. My kitchen sink has been backing up for a week and after several attempts to clear the clog myself I broke down and call Drain Station. They are located close to me in Ferndale which was great but the real selling point was they would come out at a set appointment that I chose the same day. The plumber Johnny was excellent to deal with; very punctual and friendly. On top of Drain Station and Johnny's excellent service was their 60 day warranty on the work.

Definitely would recommend them to anyone. Especially if you want a firm appointment.

The young man got here in less tga2 30 minutes, looked at my problem, gave me options within my budget and finished in.<1hr. He was also very nice to my 3 yr. old grandson who had an arsenal of questions.

I find Bubby’s has great customer service, they respond quickly to phone calls and the staff is professional and helpful, they took the time to explain to me what they were doing and why, and how to prevent this problem in the future, highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again.

DO NOT HIRE! The plumber showed up at my house without confirming a time with us beforehand. He charged us $95 to plunge our drain and was there for a total of 5 minutes tops. They only allow Zelle payments (which take 1-3 days) and then called me several times to ask why they hadn’t received the money yet, when it hadn’t even been 24 hours since the service. When they called for the 4th time (still less than 24 hours after service) I cancelled the payment and tried another transaction, hoping it would go through quicker. When they didn’t receive the payment they showed up on my front porch!!! No phone call, no notice, just came over unannounced like they were loan sharks. Very unprofessional. Very inappropriate.

The people that work here rock. Down to earth they do their job and get it done. I won't have anyone else come to my home ever now that I know they do it all a one stop shop they have a guy for everything from your plumbing to putting up drywall. Can't go wrong with Edwards thank you guys. Awesome service

I had a plumbing emergency and called a well known plumbing company. When they addressed the problem they had reportedly found $1000's of necessary pipe work that they said had to be done immediately. I called Windsor Emergency Plumbing for a second opinion and they scoped out the problem. It turns out that aside from a couple minor repairs, with no urgency, nothing else needed to be done. Windsor Emergency Plumbing easily saved us thousands of dollars of unnecessary repairs. This is why we need to support and honour small and independent businesses that build their companies by operating with integrity.

Even though I ended not using WaterWork Plumbing, I feel I have to leave a good review because they were responsive and hassle-free when needed to cancel the appointment.I had a backed-up drain in the basement, I called WaterWork Plumbing (during regular working hours). The lady that took my order was nice and she was able to schedule an appointment the next day. She told me that I will receive a phone call before the technician will arrive, and she told me about how much would it cost and under what conditions. The next day she called back telling me that a technician was able to come earlier than the initial appointment - which was nice. About two minutes later I realized I had to cancel the appointment. I called, they immediately picked up, and with no questions asked the appointment was canceled.

Wonderful group of guys! Professional, friendly, and really cleaned up everything before they left. Highly recommend these guys!
