Edit; Yes the fence was finally replaced several months later and I am happy now. Please in the future, try harder contacting all property's affected by your work. Emergencies are unforeseeable, but leaving adjoining owners in the dark about damages can be avoided. I still have to come out of my own pocket to replace the grass that was ruined. I should not have been affected by this at all, and since I have been, I should be made whole without hesitation.

Mark was awesome, he helped us fix a clogged septic pipe today and he was so courteous and professional. He patiently answered all of my questions. We will definitely use Bubby's again and again. I woke up one morning to see a leak in my living room ceiling. After trying many different plumbing services around me, with no luck, Waterwork Plumbing promptly responded to my call immediately and was very understanding of my situation and urgency, and sent out the crew the same day. The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. They explained the process the entire time, and kept me up to date. Their prices are great, and quality of work is even more amazing.

I called and had them come out to snake a drain he quoted a 100 dollar fee but over charged my senior citizens grandmother 175 because she was here by herself very unprofessional.

Had a emergency with my condo in downtown Detroit late on a Saturday night of course. I called 3 places before I came across Ron at Iron Pipe. I wish I called him first. He was the only one willing to come out and help me out. He was very friendly and easy going. Fixed my issue without any issues. He charged a reasonable amount for the time he was there and I was extremely satisfied with the service. I have his card and will be using him in the future if I ever have any more issues. I am so happy with their service. They could have told me I should have someone come out right away (after hours) but they said I could wait as long as I didn’t use my sink that night. Brian Buckmastee came over at 830 the next morning. He needed a part that he didn’t have and he had to go get. Back in 20 minutes. Done by 9:20. He was funny, kind and professional
