This middle aged man came out, punctually, said he'd been with Hoover only 6 months, after years of self-employment. He quoted me on on a repair of rusting old drain-pipe, and secondly, for an upgrade to carbon-filter the entire house's water. Still thinking about that one. He was VERY knowledgeable, and even taught me things about the house I've owned forever.
The prior tech installed my new wi-fi thermostat. Of course, he was young, but surely knew his stuff. It works amazingly well.
A third visit ago, yet another young tech fixed my stove burner, told me how to fix my own furnace-humidifier, and charged me only for some other minor repair.

We were dealing with some plumbing issues for a little while and getting different opinions. Had Bill come out and he gave his assessment of what was happening and was very thorough, explaining every scenario and what could be done to fix if needed. Eventually one of the scenarios Bill told us about happened and we needed work ASAP. They were able to come out quickly and Ryan took care of us and spent a ton of time explaining exactly what was happening and what he was doing to fix. We would definitely recommend!

Michael was great and friendly! He was on time and very professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure we had a clear understanding before he performed the repairs.

I worked with Brock, professional guy and even cleaned up after his self. I would recommend him. Even though, he needs to work on giving out receipts. He did good work.

First time they came out eeled drain. Came out again to fix shower drain and replace. It was a difficult job from what I was told due to drain not being CSA standard (it was a shower purchased from USA and made in China). Still fixed problem to my satisfaction. Came out again recently to fix a clog in late hours of the day. That make me think positively of them as not many companies will do this. They didn't charge me after hours fee and were really good about coming to fix the issue quickly.

One suggestion pay cash if possible as credit card transactions charge additional fees to the customer.

I researched on line and found Rinnai to be the best tankless water heaters. I looked for an authorized dealer and found Jacob’s company. The tankless heaters are more expensive than tank versions but they use less energy and last much longer. The heat exchanger has a 15 year warranty. The installation took about 6 hours which was what they had forecast. They took the old heater and cleaned up very well. Everything was insulated and sealed as needed. This unit has a programmable recirculation feature which provides hot water throughout the house in seconds. With the old tank, the upstairs bathrooms used to take 2-3 minutes to get hot water. This feature works good but now it takes a while to get cold water out of the other side!

I called to enquire about services and the person who answered the phone told me I had the wrong number. I verified that I was speaking to the plumbing company; he replied I was. I repeated my inquiry and the person hung up on me. This is very unprofessional. They do not deserve 1 full star!

We called them on 8/3/20 they opened the sewer line but by Saturday it backup again we haven't heard from them and they haven't come back do not use their service!
