This service was to repair and replace the clear out cap on the outside drain pipe after I mowed it and cracked it. We have had Plumbing Now help us with various tasks prior to this including replacing a toilet, and maintenance work for plumbing clear out. The office is always helpful and accurate with the time plumbers are available. The plumbers are courteous and respectful of our home using shoe covers when necessary. We have been highly satisfied with the work that Plumbing Now has done and can recommend them to our neighbours without reservation.

Had back up drain in bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Was not sure if pipes old or just normal hair clog for bathroom and food or old pipes for kitchen. I was referred to Mike by a friend. Mike was very friendly when calling to set an appointment and worked out a date to come out (not an emergency situation or he would've fit in). Called before arriving as promised. No issue with Kitchen sink - disposal worked itself out with simple fix and no need to do anything to that. Bathroom sink was normal hair/soap back up and was easy fix. Did find out from Mike and Jason that the contractors that did the bathroom remodel did not replace the galvanized pipes as they were told to do. I am VERY happy with service: friendliness and honesty I received as well as advisement on what product not to use and only use if needed. I am very pleased with the referral to Mike and did let my friend know! I will DEFINITELY refer to others. Honest, professional, timely & friendly service! A leaky pipe that was bound to be a problem was easily solved by them + plus they quickly corrected an issue with my outdoor hose bib.

Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.

My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Do not deal with this company, especially if you are using American Home Shield. They noted false information on my claim and refuse to fix it. And have not called me back nor fixed the issue. Terrible company. Terrible customer service.
