Great place to work

Flow-Rite gets an A+ for service and I highly recommend them. From installation to a new water heater (a tough job considering the horrible location in my crawl space), to fixing a broken pipe to a minor water heater repair (an issue caused by unrelated flooding), Ruben and his crew have always taken great care of our plumbing needs- and at a more than reasonable price!

Overall they did a good job installing our new water heater. The price was fair. The only complaints I have are

1. They had to remove the utility door to get into the furnace room and they also removed several items. They did not put the items back in the closet or reinstall the door.

2. The had to turn off the main water value. They told me they had a problem with the main water value leaking and I thought they had fixed the drip. After they left it was still dripping. I think they could have offered to replace or repair the value since they are in the plumbing business. This was over a week ago and I still have a small drip. Looks like I will have to replace the valve.

Kenny was great, knowledgable, explained things well, and finished the job very quickly!
They come to the home to quote without charge if you decide to go elsewhere. Their estimate was right around what I was expecting to pay, even a little cheaper than other quotes i received.
They even were able to give me a quote and options for a future project I am wanting to do.

There was a little bit of miscommunication on appointment timing at first, but rescheduled for first in the morning and had no problems :)

I saw this post on Facebook and I was immediately drawn to the post because they were offering a free estimate. I called the number and they were able to come out same day to give me an estimate. They were able to give me a free estimate, which I was very happy about. The pricing was very reasonable. I will be using them again. Thanks King Rooter & Plumbing!

Almost ran me off the road driving to work. Laid on my horn continued to come over on me. Now directionals nothing just came over on me. License plate number was 821 NSY

Garrett was extremely nice. My garbage disposal is broken. They want over $600 for a new one and install. HELL NO!!! Total rip off. Also, Garrett made it clear that even though he's a plumber, he doesn't carry snakes with him. Needless to say, I just wasted $49. Never again will I use this company.

I cannot stress how ignorant the sales staff is. They cannot provide a simple breakdown of a quote. Simple questions as what does Tankless Water Heater 1998 mean? could not go without 5 reasons to not break down that it may or may not be a labor cost. He states that this is internal line item and I don't need to know what that means, lololol. Its literally a quote to the client, as if I'm not going to ask why there is a 2500 markup. If your looking to be confused by their sales tactics, after waiting nearly a month for the quote, I would definitely reach out to these guys. They will make you wonder how they could ever get a business off the ground, much less partner with Home Depot. Fascinating they are still in business.

Denver Plumbing was very knowledgeable, helpful and their prices were the same or better than others. The quality of the ac repair parts also seemed better.

We had Zack out recently and he was able to replace a plumbing vent for our kitchen sink, install a water shutoff valve for an outdoor spigot, and install a water pressure valve for the house. His prices were much more reasonable than the other quotes we received, he was very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions, and was able to complete the work the same day. These guys saved me after a terrible experience with another plumber. They were able to quickly identify all the problems with the previous plumbers work, spot and remedy a clog before it became a major issue and did a full rough in and install for my basement bathroom. They are fair, on time and do beautiful work. I recommend them to anyone.

Mike and Marty were amazing! We had a leaking pipe from our bathroom to our basement that they fixed quickly and efficiently. We also had a poorly set up sewage system leading from our laundry to the main sewer line that was allowing sewage gas into our home. They were able to figure out the issue immediately and fix it. They expected the projects to take a day but it only took them half the day to complete. Very nice guys and would definitely recommend!!
