He was so honest and forthright with me – a big deal when you’re someone who does not know what they’re doing. Trust is important to me and I definitely trust DJ.

We had a toilet that had issues. It wasn't flushing correctly and kept getting plugged and we thought it might have been the mainline drain so we called Plumbline. They were very professional and nice. However, after the plumber inspected, he had to call his supervisor over to inspect and then they told us we would need a $5,000 or more to replace the drain and that price didn't include retiling and repairing bathroom from the damage of the repair, which would be at least another $2,000. I called the toilet company, American Standard, to see if they had any advice. Over the phone the person I spoke with diagnosed the toilet problem as a crack flange! They sent us a new bottom part of the toilet for FREE and we installed it. It works fine now, it flushes correctly and so far no drainage issues(1yr). That should have been a simple issue to diagnose for a plumber. If a sales person on the phone could hear the problem in how it was flushing, diagnose and solve, Plumbline should have been able to do this in-person.

This is the company home Depot uses for water heater replacement work in my area. They came out the day I called and took pics and said they would get back to me with a quote. Well, 2 days went by and I heard nothing. So I called them. They said give them an hour. I gave them 3. Called back, they said they would get me the quote that day or next. Fast forward two weeks and I already hired someone else and got the job done.

I can't say anything about the work they do here. They may have excellent service and techs, but knowing I was without hot water for days on end and they couldn't get me a quote and left me hanging. Not cool. Pun intended.

I called after being ghosted by a plumber for over 2 weeks and no hot water in the house. Christopher's plumbing went over and beyond and got my new hot water heater installed only a few days after I called them. Their service was quick and phenomenal! We had a bad experience with Bill Griggs and Key Plumbing Solutions. Bill came to look at our sinks, put caulking around them, charged us $85, and didn't fix the problem at all. Phone calls were not returned. After a month or so, we filed a complaint with the BBB, which went unanswered by Bill Griggs. The woman who recommended Key Plumbing to us also ended up with shoddy worksmanship and no return calls. (We later paid a handyman $60 to replace both of our faucets and the sinks are working perfectly.) If Bill had simply called us back, we could have worked something out but he took our money and ran with it. I will avoid Bill Griggs and Key Plumbing in future.

We couldn't have been happier with the plumbing work we had done by Blue Sky! Concrete had to be jackhammered in order to reach the pipes that needed repaired. The plumber was very talented and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. The concrete floor looked even better when he was finished than it had to begin with. Very impressed!
