Working with Thomas was a great experience. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me find the issue. We came to find out that the issue was not plumbing related and did not need his services. However, for future purposes, I have found a great plumber.

Today, I had the best possible experience with a plumber. The plumber showed there promptly, cheerfully, and extremely well-informed. He determined the problem and set to work fixing it, at least temporarily fixing my shower and toilet. He performed an excellent job, told me what to expect, and made the whole thing easy on me. Absolutely above and beyond amazing! We spoke to many different companies about redoing all of the plumbing in our 100+ year old home. After speaking with Zack we knew we had found the best small business to support. He showed up on time with excellent help and was able to completely fix our plumbing problems in a regular work day. Quick courteous and responsive. He communicated everything along the way and did a full walk through with us before he left to make sure everything was in tip top shape. Wow, so after all the reviews I was excited for defense plumbing to come out and estimate my plumbing issue. Got quotes for a ball valve replacements, when asking why it’s so expensive got immediate attitude about being a master plumber. All ya had to say is materials and labor are x&y. Will go find someone else.

Sly and Tony were GREAT! A one day job turned into 5!!!! I had to have ALL the pipes replaced in my house in Northglenn, like insanely rotted out!! Oh did I mention they were all UNDER the concrete in the basement?!? These pipes could not even be considered pipes anymore , see photos. Sly Jackhammered all the concrete out and then Tony came along and laid all the pipe(fair to Sly ??? haha). A great couple guys to work with, on time, worked hard every day, and great advice. Great Price too. FIVE STARZ DOES NOT DO THEM JUSTICE!!! 1,000,000 STARZZZ!!!

Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.

I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate on a large plumbing job. Golden West schedules 4 hour appointment windows. They showed up at the end of the window but did not bring scopes, so they were unable to put together an estimate. I had specifically told Golden West when I made the appointment, I had a pipe burst below the foundation and I was looking for options and a estimate. Why they sent a technician, not properly equipped to do the the estimate is beyond me. The technician scheduled me for an appointment for the next day first appointment at 8:00 AM. I called at 7:30 AM to reconfirm the appointment. The women, I spoke to refused to reconfirm what the technician would be there at 8:00 AM, as I was promised me the day before. She said I would receive a call sometime before 10:00 AM By 9:00 AM I had not received a call. I called Golden to cancel the appointment and they did not seem to care that they had lost the job. Golden West wasted a lot of my time trying to get an estimate for a large plumbing job.

Gas hot water heater from Home Depot installation. At store Home Depot sales guy called them, set up time and payment. Went pretty quick and got next day appointment (was 7pm then). Next day installer was on time, did installation quickly and no problems. Was over in 2 hrs. Smooth and no problems. I recommend them from my experience.
