Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.

Both of them were prompt, thorough in their examination of the problem, and courteous throughout the entire process of replacing our old toilet with a brand new one. Zack did an AWESOME job on my plumbing work.

I had two other plumbers suggest plans and ideas for my basement kitchen, which included Jack hammering the basement concrete, interior water sprinkler piping and exterior sprinkler connection and two additional projects, all of which which were complicated and stressful.

JD’s Plumbing was referred to me by a former employee. As a customer of several years they have provided me with several services. We replaced all my existing plumbing. Installed a new bathtub. Done yearly maintenance on my swamp cooler. Today, I called and Scott arrived within 90 minutes. I really appreciate that Patty always answers my calls. I’m glad the service has been great and constant even during COVID.

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

Chris is always such a pleasure to work with. He is always prompt and thorough, but also takes the time to explain what is happening and teach us preventive ways to avoid future issues. This company is So horrible. I've already complained to home depot management and the BBB about how I've been treated. They have taken multiple times of calling to fix a failed inspection that Their company failed. In 3 months, I still have not received any sorts of itemized receipts, but of course they took my money after getting a quote $350 less than what my card was charged. They have no idea or concept of what customer service really is or maybe even means
