Working with Thomas was a great experience. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me find the issue. We came to find out that the issue was not plumbing related and did not need his services. However, for future purposes, I have found a great plumber.

Had an issue with my tankless hot water after a recent cold snap. I called and they weren't able to come out until the next afternoon, but had me send over some pictures to take a look. Suggested I try using a hair dryer on the condensate line to melt any frost which did the trick! I really appreciate that they focused on what was best for the customer instead of just getting paid for a service call. Honest and helpful company and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.

I needed a new water heater installed. Tim was beyond amazing! He was communicative, courteous, on-time, and thorough. I ended having him come back to install 3 bathroom faucets. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. He also found a leaky pipe in my basement that had gone un-noticed for who knows how long. He worked overtime (long hours with no breaks) to replace it that very day. I will definitely use these guys again and will request Tim!

When my sump pump stopped working, James was there for me every step of the way. After assisting with water removal arrangements, he put in the new pump. Maintain a respectful and polite demeanor at all times. He was quite concerned that I was happy with everything.

Techs, Adam & Daniel came to my house to make an assessment on my furnace to have it cleaned, they walked me through their findings (turned out to be a very dirty furnance ) Impressed they cleaned it for me the very same day removing the blower cleaning it outside. I was impress with these two young men, never once did they pressure me to get any work done that I didn't need done. If JD plumbing service techs are half as good, friendly and knowledgeable as Adam & Daniel, then you need to look no more for your Heating professional. Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

We were in a very rough place as we needed a toilet installed for a 98 year old woman asap. They were so kind and responsive. The job was done well and in our fast time line, the day before Thanksgiving!!! This is a wonderful operation. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for!

Unprofessional and overpriced

Terrible company, called first day and was told one amount for the job. Originally When asked for discount Oscar brings it down $200 but when spoke with some other guy, he said Oscar doesn’t even remember throwing in discounts. Oscar rejected and ignored my calls all day on purpose because he couldn’t fess up to offering the discount. Long story short, I agreed to pay whatever they quoted but plumber didn’t even show up, when asked for courtesy discount for their screw up on not showing up they wouldn’t even budge. Cancelled the appointment and called another company that was $400 cheaper than them. Very unprofessional and highly over priced. These guys think they are special because they are Home Depot’s preferred contractors and feel privileged to overcharge. Terrible experience…wouldn’t recommend this company. HD headoffice will be getting a complaint for sure.
