Best Water Service Line Repair in Denver CO

They are currently 3 hours late for an appointment I made 6 days ago. They started on an issue for us three weeks ago had to stop for clean up after that was done we made the appointment and even after being with no plumbing for 2 weeks they put us a week out now aren't here for the appointment and are unreachable. If you have a true emergency I would not recommend them.

Wonderful company and very efficient! I literally called after 8pm and they had no problem coming in and fixing my broken sewer pipes that late. Very polite and professional young men! Highly recommend!!

Garrett at Denver Plumbing Solutions replaced all of my old plumbing in my house, which was galvanized pipe and replaced it with plastic pex. The new hot and cold water lines will never rust and will keep my drinking water clean for as long as a I live here! Garrett and his team were responsive, mindful of the house, clean, and completed the project ahead of schedule. Not to mention the quality of work for the price. Very affordable! The original appointment was not met. I booked it with them, they dropped the ball. The second appointment, I tried to confirm via text, no reply. Finally I called that morning to confirm. I had the first appointment, he would be there at 9. At 9:10 I had to call back, I was then told it is a window from 9 to 10. 9:45 arrival. When he looked at the pipes, he had to go out to get the correct shut off valves. He did not have them with him. For 15 minutes of work, I was not fond of the price, but what can you do? It would be better for up front pricing. Changing a shut off valve costs this much. Communication and Customer Service is key. They need to get that part fixed.

E&J was able to troubleshoot and repair a sewer issue for a pipe connecting from the kitchen to the main. Also shared knowledge on the work that was being done and how the kitchen plumbing functions. Will call E&J for future plumbing work.

I used Tipping Hat last year to install a new ac unit (replacing swamp cooler), new water heater and new furnace (replacing 25 year old furnace in our “new” home). The whole process took all day, which was understandable, and took a large team of a dozen people or so. Everyone was super friendly and professional we’re very happy with the work. I thought that maybe because it was such a large project that we got the best team for the job. I’ve called Tipping Hat a couple of times for an electrical work and smaller plumping work and every time the technician would show up on time and work very quickly. I would not hesitate to call them and recommend to friends and family for job big or small. Keep up the good work!!!

Gilbert at Quality Plumbing came out when he said he would, and cleaned out our main sewer line. He even restarted the washer for me, all for a very reasonable price. He also gives tips and advice just in case there's an easy solution to your problem. As long as he's in business, he'll have our business.

Hyper flow sent Jeremy out quickly after a clogged drain resulted in water spilling out onto the floor after doing a load of laundry. Jeremy was on time, professional, and quickly determined the source of the problem and got it fixed. Have done several loads of laundry since he left with no issue. Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Why does plumbing always seem to break at the most inappropriate time? Cody, from Elite Rooter, stopped by when he said he would with the correct part and fixed the inner workings of our wall mounted bathtub faucet that had chosen the exact moment to break when I wanted to take a bath several hours before! I turned the faucet on but couldn’t get the water to turn off so we had to turn the water off to the entire house until it was repaired!! Cody was efficient, friendly, courteous, and highly skilled. I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
