Service guy Duce arrived within 30 minutes and gave me an estimate on all items I needed repaired. Completed the job and explained and showed me how all the parts fit together. Roscoe fixed a plumbing leak in my basement. He was very pleasant and quickly figured out how to do the repair. Said it would take about an hour and was finished on time.

I read all of the other reviews and had really high hopes. Our gas line had a leak on Monday, they said they could come Wednesday. Wednesday rolled around, they showed up with no tools and said they could fix it on Friday. Then they no-showed on Friday. I called another local plumber and they showed up and had it fixed the same day. If you need a plumber in the Denver area, I recommend calling Applewood Plumbing. They were cheaper, faster, and more professional.

Shower drain was clogged. We have a snake that runs 3 ft but not for shower drains. Drain Terrier came out and ran a snake 15-20 ft down and cleared all the hair that clogged our drain. Once it was cleared he cleaned up the shower and bleached the pan. So not only did they fix the problem, they cleaned and bleached my shower too before leaving. Total was $225. I tipped the tech $50 for doing a great job. I definitely recognize this company to others.

Can't say enough good things. Eric came out in 7 degree weather to fix a pipe under my building. I even suggested he wait a day for the weather to get a little warmer but he came out and got the job done quickly and professionally. I will definitely call them next time.

We had a leak late in an evening. We were able to stop the leak but needed service the next day for replacement of the line and to diagnose a related problem with the water heater. Thomas communicated first thing in the morning to let me know his ETA and was there first thing. He diagnosed the problem and

Plumber showed up early (!), completed the work in under two hours and charged a fair rate. Very happy with the service and I'm glad I didn't go with overly priced outlets like Precision Plumbing or Applewood. Highly recommended.

These people were beyond fantastic. I called 12/23 with a sluggish toilet and they sent Allen out that same afternoon. He worked for about an hour 1/2 and ran into an obstacle his machine couldn't get past. He recommended further options and helpful suggestions. The situation ended up needing some major excavation work (being done by another company), but Hyper Flows response was fast, appropriate, and because he couldn't solve my problem, he didn't charge anything for the work. I was astonished. I will use this company again and highly recommend them for their expertise and integrity.

Sasha has been a tremendous help from the moment I reached out. Truly has gone out of his way to get all the moving parts to fixing a leak blunder. He was able to communicate to the below neighbor and coordinate with our HOA management to properly locate, rectify and fix the bad piping and insulation to properly control any potential for esbestos. If their driving is any indication they suck.

Was not told and was surprised that their minimum rate is now $140 an hour PLUS $75 service call automatically added. Then they add any additional parts on top of that. Last time I used them it seemed reasonable. This was an unpleasant surprise. They did fix the problem without tearing a wall out, which I would not have authorized. Was told when I called to discuss it that they are much more reasonable than applewood - but anything is cheaper than them!

Gres plumbing did I very good job cleaning the main drains of my house. On time and super reliable. I highly recommend this company !!!

Summary: Elite was unable to unclog our toilet and replaced it instead - but did so improperly.  We were left with a heavy leak and an improperly sealed and rocking toilet. They were unresponsive when we tried to have them come out and fix it so we had to pay another company to fix their faulty work and had to partially refund an Airbnb guest for the inconvenience they caused. We understand that mistakes happen and have asked for a refund but they seem disinterested and haven't even bothered to call us back (as of 25 March 2023).

Details: We had Elite Rooter out to clear a toilet that was clogged by a guest at our Airbnb. The technician was friendly and tried hard to unclog it but said an object was lodged deep inside so the toilet needed to be replaced entirely.  We had new guests arriving within a few hours so we authorized the $599 replacement in hopes the problem would be resolved quickly.  However, after the toilet was installed and the technician left we found that the toilet water valve was still turned off and when we turned it on the shark bite connection began leaking very heavily (soaking an entire bath towel in a couple minutes).  Clearly the technician hadn't confirmed everything was functioning properly before he left.

The technician returned but didn't have the correct tool (a pex crimper) to fix the problem.  He called a different technician who had the tool and assured us he would be out to fix it by 9am the following morning. This now meant that our guests would be inconvenienced by having one toilet (of two toilets in the property)broken and a service call to deal with, but we agreed based on the promise they'd be there by 9am and this would be over with.  When we called that evening to confirm, the receptionist didn't know anything about the situation and said she would have the technician call us.  We did not receive a call from the technician, so we called again at 7:30 the following morning but the receptionist (a new one) again did not know anything about the situation and could not confirm that the plumber would be there at 9am, simply stating that the technicians manage their own schedules. She offered to make a new appointment window but failed to address the fact that our guests' expectations were based on Elite's promise of a 9am resolution.

Feeling that Elite was either too disorganized or too uncaring to reliably complete their own unfinished work without further inconveniencing our guests, we called High Five plumbing who had a technician out within a couple of hours, at the exact time they promised.  High Five discovered that not only was the shark bite connection leaking, but the newly-installed toilet was improperly sealed and rocking badly (we have used High Five many times and trust the competence and honesty of their plumbers a great deal).  After paying High Five to fix Elite's work and partialy refunding our guests for the inconvenience caused, we were out more than double what we originally paid Elite.

When we called Elite for a refund they were disinterested and said they would call us back but never did.  I called again today and was told that management put a note in the system saying that we would not be refunded because the leak was a pre-existing issue! We also plan to lodge a BBB complaint, but understand communication within a company can be difficult, so we're holding out for a week in hopes that Elite will demonstrate some concern for customer service and contact us for a resolution.  If they do, I will amend this review.

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
