Best Water Replacement in Denver CO

I called Mile High at 12:30pm today with a leaky/inoperable hot water heater. Matt was at my house by 1:00pm on a Saturday. He diagnosed the need for a replacement and was off to retrieve the new unti immidiately. He returned with the heater and a helper (Malcom)- both gentlemen were proffesional and efficient. By 5:15pm my new unit was installed and working. The price never changed from qoute to writting the check (very fair) I cross referenced the material cost of the new heater.

This past weekend I called Done plumbing when we noticed water damage in our kitchen. They sent a plumber out same day and the plumber was great. He quickly diagnosed the issue which was 2 small screw holes in a 3 drain pipe.He quoted me $498 to fix it. Not being a plumber I assumed more would be involved in this repair than what actually was. In 10 minutes he was done. This does not factor in his travel time and time diagnosing the job. All in all I would say it was about a 2 hour job from port to port.I agreed to move forward at this cost because I had a water leak in my home that NEEDED to be repaired. I called to talk to a manager to confirm this pricing was accurate and he confirmed that it was.Bottom line, they did a decent job on a super easy task and charged an unreasonable amount for it. I will not use their service again as a personal choice unless I had not other choice.

Great service and reasonable pricing. I was particularly impressed at how these guys worked through some difficult problems in my older home until they were resolved. Will definitely use moving forward.

I had my water heater go out on Christmas Eve, just when it seemed as if no other plumbers were able to get to me soon enough! After nearly exhausting my efforts, Sean with Park Hill Plumbers called me back and talked me through how to turn off the main water so the water would stop shooting out until he got here. He didn't have to but he took the time to help me clean up all the water. He came back Christmas Day and swapped out my water heater. He was very kind and professional. Surprisingly reasonable for it being an emergency on a Holiday. I had to recommend Park Hill Plumbers to my neighbors, its rare people go above and beyond these days!

Alex was on time and very professional. When he installed the thermostat and it didn't work, he immediately made phone calls and found me one that did; he got my A/C up and running soon after. Several days later, I had to call for thermostat setting instruction, and he called and walked me through the process with success. Although this was the busiest part of the year for A/C repair, Kathy was able to squeeze me in. Thank you.

Called the company because my tub drain was clogged and the guy (owner?) talked me through a solve within a couple of minutes. Saving me the timing and expense of having a tech come out. Very knowledgeable about my old house plumbing (never knew there was a secret panel on the other side of the tub), and gave clear directions. Any future big problems that come up will definitely be calling them to fix. Great work.

These people must have had there friends and family write there reviews. Called them came out less then a week and it was allready backed up again. called them on a sat for there so called emergency service...nothing...no call back or anything. Called someone else. Monday called them still no return call or anything. Dont ever use them or be prepared to call someone else and spend another $300!!!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Why does plumbing always seem to break at the most inappropriate time? Cody, from Elite Rooter, stopped by when he said he would with the correct part and fixed the inner workings of our wall mounted bathtub faucet that had chosen the exact moment to break when I wanted to take a bath several hours before! I turned the faucet on but couldn’t get the water to turn off so we had to turn the water off to the entire house until it was repaired!! Cody was efficient, friendly, courteous, and highly skilled. Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
