I reached out to this company because of their great reviews that I read. They were very professional and able to come out the same day which was very convenient for us. They did a pre-call before to let you know the technician was on their way. I also appreciated the email they send you some more info about the tech which made it seem more personable. The pricing was very comparable if not better than other places I reached out to. The tech was educational and got the job done. It’s been less than a week which is how long they warrantee their work but so far so good. Would recommend.

Absolute worst customer service ever!! I was never kept informed of the progress of my job. I had to keep calling to get updates. I was given dates and times of work to be done and NOTHING was done when I was told it would be done. The guy taking out my old tub showed up very late and then put the tub in my yard and told me his truck was full and that he would be back the next day to pick it up for disposal. It sat in my yard for 3 weeks until we finally had to dispose of it ourselves!! After many phone calls and promises that it would be done! Lost total trust in this company and Tony's word, decided to go with someone else to do install. Then when I ran into problems with install because of the jet tub I bought from Tony he refused to help us finish this mess!!! Hope I can save someone from our nightmare!!!

Gres plumbing did I very good job cleaning the main drains of my house. On time and super reliable. I highly recommend this company !!!

I would give 0 stars if at all possible Is very imperfessional not on time and got upset at the fact that he was wrong He wanted me to prove it to him I don't need to prove anything but you know what you Said you were going to do and you know what you didn't do

Initial contact with this company was good, as when we spoke over the phone I stated I needed A-scope and a recording of my pipes as well as clogged tub when contractors showed up on the 6th to take care of the work I had already had someone come out to take care of the clogged tub as to needing it done sooner he did not have the right equipment to do the scope of work and then when I proceeded to tell the contractor that Yet that he was being recorded for quality assurances when we spoke over the phone stating that's what I needed done and that's not what he was able to provide he proceed to get upset and mumble stuff I then proceeded to ask contractor to leave my house he proceeded to get upset Mind you this is all being recorded via front door camera 2 front cameras as well as multiple side cameras on the house he perceived to get upset when I told the contractor to leave my property multiple times he did not do so very unprofessional and as a business owner this is not how you conduct business in any way shape or form very unprofessional and I would think highly about using this contractor anytime in the future I would think about hiring another contractor to do any of your plumbing needs do not go with this contractor

WOWOWOW! I had such a great experience with the folks at WHE Plumbing. They were able to come out same day (on a Saturday) for a consultation, and scheduled a water heater replacement appointment for first thing Monday morning. They answered all my questions, were transparent about the work, and communicative in the time leading up to the appointment. Come Monday my expectations were exceeded again. Extremely friendly, kind, and caring staff at WHE. They did a great job and walked me through the process. I would absolutely work with them again! 10/10!

From scheduling to periodic updates throughout the day to Steven's attention to cleanliness and the amount of time he spent going over my furnace issues and options, I couldn't be happier with Plumbline. I called this morning and they were able to send a tech out this afternoon. Wahoo! Mike was excellent - he really explained things thoroughly and even found a part that wasn't working, so he found the part name for me online and told me where I could get it cheaply. I truly appreciated that! He was clean, thorough, friendly, and professional. He quickly fixed my drain, and everything is working perfectly again. Definitely worth the cost!

Had a leak several leaks in basement late Sunday night. Sean came over at about 9 and took care of the issue. Very friendly and professional, highly recommend.

We had a situation of clogged drains. We needed something done pretty quickly. Even though it was Saturday he came out and took care of the problem. Very reasonably price, and he stood by the original quote. Would completely recommend him and use him in the future
