Last month, my bathroom pipes were leaking badly, due to which the walls started cracking. I was really worried about the cracks. I called prime plumbing Inc. services and told them my issue. I was amazed by their fast services. They arrived within 2 hours and completed the whole work before night. After that, they called me two times this week to ask if there was any issue with the cracks. I never knew I could get such amazing after-service in Westminster.

I was so happy to be connected to this company!! I was previously told by another plumbing company that I needed to replace my entire sewer line. I thought something was fishy so I had Better Plumbing come to inspect the lines. The $135 fee was more than worth it. The technician did a camera view of the line and there were NO cracks and breaks that the other company (Plumbline) said were there. Plumbline quoted me over $12,000!! So, to say the $135 was worth it is quite the understatement. All the technicians from Better Plumbing were more than nice and informational. They gave me 2 camera pictures of my lines immediately. Something the original company never did. Don't be taken advantage of!! Get this second opinion. There are companies out there that will do anything to get your money. I had my lines Hydro Flushed through Better Plumbing and my lines are next to new. This all cost me $635!! They also wrote a statement that there is nothing wrong with my lines. Plumbline tried to scare me to get this done immediately or my sewer would overflow..... Unbelievable! Watch out for wolves.....

Ricky did a great job installing my new Delta faucet. He detected an issue with the old one and was able to install a new faucet and valves on the same day. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Not only did he install a new water pressure valve for me, but he was very observant and noticed that my expansion tank for my hot water heater was leaking and installed incorrectly by Home Depot. He came back out and replaced the expansion tank as well as replacing a galvanized pipe in my crawl space. Scott is an excellent plumber and was so patient throughout the whole process. He even took the time to explain what he was doing and provided great knowledge, which demonstrated his expertise in this area. I highly recommend Tipping Hat for your plumbing issues!

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

Was not told and was surprised that their minimum rate is now $140 an hour PLUS $75 service call automatically added. Then they add any additional parts on top of that. Last time I used them it seemed reasonable. This was an unpleasant surprise. They did fix the problem without tearing a wall out, which I would not have authorized. Was told when I called to discuss it that they are much more reasonable than applewood - but anything is cheaper than them!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

We had a great experience with Spartan Plumbing from the beginning. When our water heater broke, it was still under warranty, but we didn’t know how to go about replacing it. Spartan was super helpful with the whole process. They were responsive, quick to come over for an estimate, wore masks and paper booties to protect the floor, gave us multiple options, and all interactions were professional, friendly, and efficient. Jay, our electrician was great. He explained everything, went through all of our goals, and gave timelines on when things could be done for future projects. He moved a 220v outlet during the visit.Scheduling was a big pain. They gave me a window from 1-5 on Monday. Then called me 6 times between 11- 11:30 requesting our electrician come early. I called back at 12:30 and they stated the electrician was overbooked and I needed to reschedule for a different day. He was able to come Saturday, but again they had us scheduled in a window from 8 - 12, then called at 9 saying the window was changed to 1-5. We had a washer/dryer delivered and was unable to have it installed because of the scheduling issue with PlumbLine. Just frustrating and causing us more headaches and loss of money for paying for installation, but not having the outlet to install because of PlumbLine not keeping their appointment with us.I’m not sure if I’d recommend the company. But I would recommend the electrician, Jay.

Had an emergency spicket leek at 7pm and had to shut off all the water. Called and was here 30 minutes later. Did an awesome job, was quick and very friendly and very reasonably priced.
