Kyle was awesome - knowledgeable, efficient, and professional - and a really nice guy. Turned out that one of my toilets needed to be reset with a new wax ring (a far less involved issue than I had feared). He was in an out in no time, and I think he might very well have left my bathroom cleaner than it was when he arrived. I recommend Around the Clog wholeheartedly!

Had an issue with my tankless hot water after a recent cold snap. I called and they weren't able to come out until the next afternoon, but had me send over some pictures to take a look. Suggested I try using a hair dryer on the condensate line to melt any frost which did the trick! I really appreciate that they focused on what was best for the customer instead of just getting paid for a service call. Honest and helpful company and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.

Go elsewhere. Did work that we didn't authorize, asked for clarification, without explanation, immediately threatened with a property lien. Waiting on invoice so I can pay him and he can stop sending angry emails. I hope he stops sending them once he's paid at least. Plumbing was good though. So there's that.

We had a great experience with 5280 PDS. Ian helped us diagnose a water pressure issue and fix 2 leaks. He provided a detailed quote with pricing options based on level of repair and took the time to explain each of his diagnoses and decisions. I most appreciated that he wore a mask and shoe covers the entire time, showing great respect for us and our home.

Our water heater was leaking and needed immediate attention. We called King Rooter and they were able to come out the same day. The water heater was 10 years old and needed to be replaced. King Rooter & Plumbing installed a new Bradford White water heater, brought it up to code, and passed inspection. We are extremely pleased with their service and quality, and will refer them to our friends.

The guys that came to the house were professional and very knowledgeable. We also called in the morning and they were there in the afternoon fixing our clog. Thanks so much!

Your service was a prompt. Your technician Brandon 6390 was conscientious and very helpful and he's the reason I am writing. The problem was a bit complex and he took it apart systematically and a thoroughly until he figured it out. The only negative was your system. When he called me back from the parts store to ask me a question, I had look and call him back. His return number was bogus, and trying to call him through your switchboard was tedious and didn't work.

Jonathan was on time and professional. He was very efficient and even took the time to install my gas range after he completed running the new line. He answered all our questions. Excellent work!!!!

Travis arrived on time, and was very thorough in diagnosing our problem. Turns out it was an easy fix of turning some valves. I tried to pay him for his time and he wouldn't accept anything. I will definitely come back to him again.

I have had a very bad experience with Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating. A furnace they installed 8 years ago has rusted out and needs replacing. They will not stand by their product and work with me on finding a fair solution to a product that was either defective or installed improperly. Now they don't respond to phone calls or texts. I have been dealing with Carlos Capra and I am very unhappy with their product and service.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

I called these guys to come over and clear a clogged sink. They were very nice. However, after about 5 minutes of using his Roto-Rooter he told me he couldn't get past the blockage. He told me I needed to replace my pipes. He then quoted me 7K to replace my pipes.
I went to home Depot and rented a snake. I unclogged it in about 10 minutes.

Had a leak several leaks in basement late Sunday night. Sean came over at about 9 and took care of the issue. Very friendly and professional, highly recommend.

This is an honest review. Service tech Mark.T didn't use good judgment in the installation of my mother's kitchen faucet. When asked to make it good he said there would be a new charge if he had to move the faucet to the location hole in the sink where it should of been placed in the 1st place..I realize my mother signed off on this project, but it was just very poor judgment of the plumber to pass it off as being a good choice in location (put in the wrong hole) and the faucet also became very loose from the sink within two days after the installation to which he said he'd re-tighten for free..If Mark.T would of placed the faucet in the correct opening even if it meant not using the spacer piece then I believe my mother wouldn't be calling him back on his shoddy workmanship. And if Mark.T cared about his reputation then he'd of came out free of charge to make it right. It's a difficult job I know because of the garbage disposal in the way , but that's why we hired a professional and hoped he'd of made a proper decision when installing with the placement of the faucet. Well over $300 spent just for labor. For very much dissatisfaction of a job NOT well done.

P.S. I sincerely believe that Mark.T would not of been satisfied at the least if this installation was done in his own home or his mothers.. And it shouldn't take a layman to point out that he could of made a better recommendation. He walked away from a job not well done and definitely not well thought out...maybe he was on a tight schedule ???...Not an excuse.
