Best Water Lines in Denver CO

If I could rate 10 stars I would. We had a pretty serious situation, where the sewer line from the house to the main had formed a belly and was backing up into the house. Not only was Done! able to get someone out pretty quickly, but they stuck with us throughout the whole ordeal. Tony and Vincent were fantastic, they were very up front about our situation and in outlining our options. We went with Plan A - lower cost and it had a chance of working. After about a week it was clear we would have to go to Plan B, higher cost on plumbing and excavating to the line. To get to the line, there was a cement patio on top of the line, with a couple of beams supporting the roof....so all of this had to be coordinated with Diamond Drilling & Sawing (who were also great). This whole thing took about 3-4 weeks from start to finish, and Tony and Vincent stuck with us the whole way, including a couple of reschedules due to patio removal etc.Ultimately, the patio was sitting on a footing tied into the foundation going down 9ft, and removing it would have been a huge (and expensive) problem. Tony, Vincent and the Done! excavation team came - assessed the situation, and was able to excavate one direction from inside the crawl space, and the opposite direction from outside. Using this approach they were able to SAFELY work in the new pipe without having to go under the concrete footing, saving us the time and expense of removing it. What was uncovered, was a sewer line that was so badly installed from the builder - Richmond - have no idea how it passed inspection. It was pitched toward the house, had a flexible rubber connection buried outside (thus the belly) and had 90 degree angles allowing gunk to collect. So basically, Richmond did an incompetent job of running the sewer line creating a time bomb for the home owner, then laid so much unnecessary concrete on top if it, it was near impossible to reach and fix it.But....Done! was able to overcome all of the elements of this 'perfect storm' and get us up and running - and done the right way this time. Their work is also guaranteed for life. Would highly recommend this team!

As everything was starting to settle down for the day, my downstairs toilet and shower backed up and overflowed. Feces and water poured out and covered the bathroom floor. After normal business hours, Drain Terrier was able to get there quick, knew how to address the problem, fixed it, and even helped clean up a bit. I highly recommend them for such an emergency.

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

Incredibly professional plumber who does great work!

I called First Response Plumbing after waking up in the morning to a dead water heater. Ilya was able to respond to my call within a couple hours and promptly (barely over an hour start to finish) replaced my water heater for a very reasonable price. I will be using First Response Plumbing again.

Alex and Issaid installed my water heater literally within a few hours of me researching online for an install! The pricing for a 50 gallon pro grade WH with install, expansion tank, drip pan, flex lines, haul away, etc. came in hundreds of dollars less than the 3 other services I called beforehand. They were fast, careful, courteous, professional and even in spite their supplier loading up the wrong WH (stuff happens), was still able to get the right WH and complete the job done in under 4 hours. I highly recommend WHE Plumbing!

Sam and Gabe @ Spartan came out today to give me an estimate on getting rid of a saddle valve that feeds water to my fridge. There was almost no water pressure, so i would be at the fridge for 2 minutes or longer for a glass of water.
Sam and Gabe checked the valve, the water lines, etc. They reviewed a couple of options for the valve replacement, explained how each worked and the benefits, and provided prices for both options. Now i have a low maintenance quarter-turn ball valve instead of the slow-flow saddle valve.
After the work was done, we tested the water flow from the fridge - Everything worked perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the work Sam and Gabe did. Will definitely call Spartan again for future plumbing work.

I had a really long day and my drain was blocked. I googled some plumbers and this came up. These guys were able to come right away and fixed my drain. It was a small job but they were so professional, friendly and fast. I will definitely use them again.

Kevin Salmon responded to our sewer back up emergency. He came in a timely manner, within the 3 hour window they gave. I was called when he was 15 minutes out which was also very helpful. Kevin had the expertise to address our problem right away, and was able to clean out the main sewer line from the basement to the street. Kevin was very polite and friendly, yet professional. He also was very careful about not tracking anything into our house, and moving the heavy machine carefully through the house and down the stairs! He explained the service before he started and made sure that was what we wanted. I would definitely recommend Kevin Salmon as the most considerate technician I've used and recommend RotoRooter for prompt service and equipment to get the job done.

I love this company! They are always friendly, timely, and professional! They do quality work, and they're quick without rushing through. We've used them for air conditioning and furnace issues, and we've never had a bad experience with them. I highly recommend!

I called on Wednesday, Mr. Plumber returned my call and asked for a a text picture of my bathtub faucet. I sent the picture on Wednesday afternoon and now it is Saturday and there have been no texts or phone calls returned from him. It's obvious he is not interested in my business, so I will take it elsewhere.

Travis was out to check my water pressure, he's very personal and trustworthy. I appreciate the explanations he gave me to understand the choices that I had. Will defiantly call him when I have any other pluming issues.

The service and quality are outstanding from this company. I had 7 companies at my house to evaluate our leaking boiler and Tony Capra was the only one who worked to fix the problem instead of telling me I needed a new one. This saved a ton of money, but also showed that they care about the customer.

Gres plumbing did I very good job cleaning the main drains of my house. On time and super reliable. I highly recommend this company !!!

Had an emergency spicket leek at 7pm and had to shut off all the water. Called and was here 30 minutes later. Did an awesome job, was quick and very friendly and very reasonably priced.

Mark came over was very polite. Explained the cost and went right to work cleared my main line to the main. Cleaned up and we settled the bill. I will be recommending IPC to any one I come across that needs help thank you Mark and IPC PLUMBING AND DRAIN.
