When technicians arrive, they fully explain the job before they work, then they review the work after completion. When I have a plumbing emergency, I don't need to browse the internet.... If you need a plumber, look no further! Give Thomas a call, he is professional, thorough, and does fantastic work. I was having an issue where the TPR valve on my water heater kept popping off. I originally thought that it was just faulty, so I replaced it, but it continued to pop off intermittently. Well Thomas came over, did some diag and determined that I needed an expansion tank to resolve this issue. He fixed it the same day after a quick parts run and now I should be leak free. I will definitely be using TCF for any future repairs that I can’t handle myself. Keep up the good work Thomas!

I have had a very bad experience with Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating. A furnace they installed 8 years ago has rusted out and needs replacing. They will not stand by their product and work with me on finding a fair solution to a product that was either defective or installed improperly. Now they don't respond to phone calls or texts. I have been dealing with Carlos Capra and I am very unhappy with their product and service.

Gres plumbing did I very good job cleaning the main drains of my house. On time and super reliable. I highly recommend this company !!!

They came out and tried to snake my main drain and it had dropped 15 degrees which was the cause of the clog. They jackhammered a section of concrete, replaced a small section of cast iron pipe with PVC plastic and then filled in the hole. They were fast and came out when they said they would. Cost was around $3K

Danni's customer service skills are top-notch. As well as the technicians. I was notified when they would arrive, and they were right on time. Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
