Called the company because my tub drain was clogged and the guy (owner?) talked me through a solve within a couple of minutes. Saving me the timing and expense of having a tech come out. Very knowledgeable about my old house plumbing (never knew there was a secret panel on the other side of the tub), and gave clear directions.
