Our technician, Salem, was great! Very professional and informative. Scheduling with admin was easy, and I received several helpful appointment reminders and a timely call ahead before arrival. There was a “hard to access roof” fee for assessment...but that was absorbed into the total cost of the repair, which was very nice to hear. And now I have a working air conditioner! Overall good experience.

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
