Really recommend this company!! luis and his people helped me with my broken sewer pipe. They gave me a really great price they were very carefull with my yard and left it clean and neat except they don’t replace sod but after all very satisfied!

I had the exterior water line to my house replaced. The water line enters the house through the basement wall, behind the hot water heater and is not accessible. I needed to have the hot water heater drained, unhooked and moved about 4 feet so that access to the wall where the water line entered the house would be available. After the new water line was installed, I needed the hot water heater reinstalled in its original position. This all happened in the same day. The plumber that did the work was professional and I believe he did good work, but Done charged me $2015 for this service. You read that right...TWO THOUSAND AND FIFTEEN DOLLARS! It took longer for the hot water heater to drain than it did for him to move it. Including the disconnect and reconnect, the plumber was probably at my house a maximum of 2 hours. Just outrageous. He also tried to sell me a new hot water heater for somewhere around $5500. When I asked him why so expensive when I see online the most expensive one I could find was about half that, he gave me some story about how the big box stores get the low quality water heaters off the production line but the heaters his company sells are top notch.I would not recommend Done Heating and Plumbing unless you simply dont care about price. I will not be using their services again.

Yesterday around lunch time, we had our main line shut off valve completely blow and was spewing water everywhere. We were able to get it to stop spewing water, but water to our house was completely off. Not ideal for a family of five with little kids that need to use the potty :). I had exhausted all emergency plumbers on google and was about to just accept that we would be waterless for the day. By chance, I noticed there was one I had not called, Drain Terriers. I threw the hail mary and they came to the rescue! A few of my favorite things: same day service within a few hours, text follow up notifications, courteous, professional, reasonably priced, AND family-owned. Will be my go-to for plumbing needs in the future. The replacement on the main line valve was quality and they were able to replace an outside spigot that had burst in the same trip.

Can't say enough good things. Eric came out in 7 degree weather to fix a pipe under my building. I even suggested he wait a day for the weather to get a little warmer but he came out and got the job done quickly and professionally. I will definitely call them next time.

Kyle and his team were amazing! We had a leak somewhere in our main water line. We do not have a traditional water line that runs straight from the street to our property. It actually goes from our side yard, under the driveway, under the front lawn, then under our walkway, under a giant bush and finally into the house. We were worried they would have to take up the concrete, and that we would be without water for two days. Nope! His crew replaced the entire line, even patched the hole in the foundation on the interior and only had to take up a bit of our front yard to replace the entire line. Not only was the work and communication superior, the cost was literally 1/3 the amount of two other more well known plumbing companies. Do yourself a favor and go with these guys if you ever need a plumber!

Thomas is amazing! After we found out our sink drain had been leaking we called around to several plumbers to get quotes and see what was needed for repairs. Thomas was able to come out that day and give us an idea as to what we were looking at! He made more recommendations then any of the other plumbers and was more detailed. At this time we also decide to move our laundry feed lines from under our floor joist into the the floor joist so we could sheetrock our ceiling and put in can lights. He gave us a quote for each job and when compared to the other quotes not only was he cheaper but he also was the most detailed. It was a no brainer choice at that point. He was able to fit us in right away and got the work done in about half a day. He was very professional and does quick detailed oriented work. I would recommend him to everyone! Out of the 15 plumbers we had come give us inspections he was the quickest to respond, gave us the lowest quote and was the most through work. Also just an fyi ( Fast forward 3 weeks) No leaks and everything is working great!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Took over 3 months for an Emergency to be rectified.
Scam artists. The main issue was an ‘Emergency Call’ for the drain from the kitchen and then got expanded to a complete main drain replacement/repair… there was never a temporary line run from the kitchen, leaving it unusable. Charged extra for dirt that was never removed, didn’t get proper certification for work done which meant it had to be done twice. Temporary line was never put together properly causing sewage to flood into the pit. Their excavator drivers each hit at least one item on the property, the biggest of which was an underground water, data and electrical bundle (see photo).

I placed an order for a cutting board from Black Tulip Antiques through Ruby Lane. The cutting board is great and just as described. It was packaged well and shipped quickly. I would definitely order from Black Tulip again.

Got the Halo5 water filter and conditioner installed by Tipping Hat. Jordan was extremely courteous and respectful of the property, explained exactly their plan of action and executed it flawlessly and neatly. I'm very happy with the product and installation.

This guy is the man! He diagnosed my water hammer over the phone without charging me while other big companies wanted $60 just to come out. Any future work I have, for sure giving this guy a call back. Thank you again!

Our work was completed a few days ago and I think I can safely say everything went exceedingly well. We had a very unfortunate leak in our main water service line and our house is quite old with some (likely) original piping, making our job pretty complex. No other companies really offered a solution that seemed reasonable, besides Hyper Flow. I had several plumbers out to give ideas and quotes (anyone with good reviews!). Kyle was also one of the few who seemed to simply provide information and didn't seem like he was trying to scare us into spending more money or doing more work. Kyle provided great explanations of what would happen, what our options were, why other options weren't feasible, and answered questions really clearly. I felt like I was in good hands, as you could see how methodical and organized he was in his approach. We had some scuffs on our walls, etc after the work was complete but our living room was jackhammered through and basically a construction zone, so I'm not sure that could've been avoided. They also worked on our house for about 12 hours to have everything complete in one day, which I feel like was really an extra step, instead of coming back a second day. I feel pretty thrilled to have found a reliable plumber. I will definitely recommend to others and contact them first for anything else we need.

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).
