I had a sewer line break and Luis came out right away to get me an estimate. He was very thorough and communicative. The crew did a really good job of completing the work. It took them 2 days to replace my entire line from the exterior of my home all the way to the street connection. I would definitely use them again as not only do they do great work but their prices are very reasonable.

I called around 9 am to schedule service and there was already a tech in the area. Gilbert showed up promptly and assessed the situation. He was courteous and listened to my water heater concerns. The work was done quickly and Gilbert explained the issue and the repairs he made. Lastly, he gave me tips on how to keep the water heater in working order. This is my second time using Done Plumbing and Heating and have been satisfied both times.

I've had them repair: PCV/PRV valve (that jackhammer sound in your walls when you turn on water), electric water heater, laundry shutoff valves, garbage disposal, slow-draining toilets, stripped knob-handles. I was SO impressed with this entire company. My furnace went out on a cold snowy day, and I made one phone call to tipping hat and they had a technician here within the hour. They gave us multiple price options and walked us through each of them. They then set up electric heaters for us to stay warm throughout the night. The very next morning Joe and Allen showed up and installed a new furnace, plus they updated my thermostat and venting. Joe and Allen were very professional, hard-working, and cleaned up after themselves. Top-notch service all around.

Hired HyperFlow to hydrojet our sewer line. They were very responsive, provided a free estimate (including a sewer scope!), and were very organized. They were willing to help us get the project done on a short time frame. The tech even tried to talk me out of the service, since our sewer was in good shape! We proceeded, however, as mandated by the buyers of our property. HyperFlow's pricing is very reasonable. They were clean and efficient once the work started.

Sasha at Cap Hill Plumbing was my go-to guy on my home remodel. He installed a new water filter and heater, re-piped the entire house, plumbed a new bathroom, the list goes on and on. Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !
