From the time we decided to go ahead with a new cooling/heating system, only three days went by. Amazing. The team arrived promptly early on the scheduled install day and got to work. However, if I hadn't noticed a portion of the grill around the compressor being smashed in and impacting the cooling fins, I am sure the install team would have installed the damaged compressor. It was positioned in the install location, one of the connecting tubes was inserted, and the soldering equipment was ready to go. To their credit, when I called and advised Plumbline of the situation (the team leader had driven away to get filters we were told, so I couldn't talk to him), a new compressor was obtained and that is what was installed (only one vane of the grill on the new compressor was bent and it didn't impact the cooling coils. The install team bent this piece back to where it should have been.) The install team was very hardworking. They put down a cover over our carpet to keep it clean. When they were done, there was still some clean up needed in the install area. We found a considerable number of screws spread around on the floor. The electrician on the job provided some requested information about additional work that could be done to our electrical panel if we decided to pursue it. Overall, we're happy with the work that was done, but are glad that our own vigilance prevented a different outcome.

These guys were awesome! Daniel Rodriguez and Dario Sanchez were out for backed up sewer line, they both really went above and beyond to ensure the issue was taken care of. We have had other companies out before for the same issue and never received the the level of service these guys brought with them! We would definitely recommend using them, and if we ever have any issues again they will be my first phone call.
