The tech also suggested installing a sump pump in our basement, which saved us from having our basement flood when we had heavy rains. They are now our go to for any plumbing issues!

We had an emergency pipe leak and it was handled in the best way possible from all staff members including overnight/after hours.We will always be returning to Plumb Line Services for any needs or emergencies we may have in the future. We have used plumbers near me a few times, and they have been good. I recently had a very frustrating experience when trying to work with them. I wanted to have a water softener installed in our house, and asked to get a quote. I was told to send them what water softener we wanted installed in order to get the most accurate quote, which I did. After this point, I never received a quote. I tried calling back 4 times over the course of 1.5 weeks, and the person who answered always said his technician was not responding to his requests for the quote. This truly baffled me, and it seems the business does not know how to internally communicate. Simple changes to their internal structure would likely make them a better company

10/10 experience! Called them up on Friday and they were able to send someone out on Saturday. The lady I spoke with on the phone was super nice and helpful. I had a very bad clog on my kitchen sink. I don’t have much knowledge with plumbing stuff, and was at least smart enough to know that I needed help. I called and spoke with Sharone and he gave me a good time for his services. He showed up when he told me. He was professional courteous and got the job done. He also observed that I needed other smaller items fixed that would potentially cause me trouble later. I saw the ad that mentioned that Sharone was a master plumber, and after he finished, I believe he spoke the truth. Thank you very much

We had a pipe in our laundry room burst back in August. Elite Rooter came out to evaluate and said it would be $3000 and they needed $1500 up front. We gave them $1500 and they started the work. They jackhammered some and then needed to have someone come inspect it, at which point it was determined they needed to jackhammer twice the distance and it would cost us an additional $1500 and they would need to move our water heater. It needed to be fixed so we agreed. Water heater gets moved and we are told we should now have hot water however after the technician left we tried to use hot water and had none. They came back later to re-connect the water heater but we were not getting hot water in half the house. Another technician came out and said he had fixed the problem. That fix was to crank the water heater temperature as high as it goes which is not only a safety hazard but ruins water heaters. We had another plumber come out for a separate issue and he asked to take a look at their work since he was surprised it was taking them so long. He then proceeded to discover they had broken a copper pipe and tried to patch it with an insulating foam sealant instead of fixing the problem. Daniel heard our frustrations and came out and confirmed that the technicians did indeed ruin our water heater and that he would ensure we got it replaced on them. At this point there was no trust with Elite Rooter so we used the 2nd plumber who thoroughly explained how bad of work they had done. The new plumber completed the work the same day! We sent Anette (apparently the ONLY PERSON that deals with refunds/payment) over 20 emails and more than 30 phone calls without response over the last 3 months. They refuse to pay for the replacement water heater that they broke so now we are forced to take them to small claims court.
The owner of this company should be ashamed of the quality of work and customer service provided.

Rueben was recommended - but, I assume it was for a newer home.
We purchased a 1950's ranch that had all older piping. We wanted to move the location of the toliet as well as build a new shower pan and relocate the washer and dryer. He was super casual and cool at the bid and then it all went downhill. I was quoted a price of 4200 for the ENTIRE JOB! When I asked him 5 times for the list of the things covered in ENTIRE JOB, I never received it, even though we asked for it 5-6 times. We continued on as we needed work done. When he arrived the first day the whole picture changed. When I referred back to the conversation he acted like he was unaware of any of it. The price kept growing and we were too far in. We them hired a very good GC to come and do all the things that Rueben had told his was in the price and he had to redo almost the entire job. Rueben did not put on blocking plates on any of the new plumbing and charged us triple the cost for work he did not even do. He also installed the wall mounted toliet system wrong on the wall and did not connect the pipes into the right main line.
Additionally, he claimed he would need to re-route the things he did not have to re-route. He claimed to need a concrete company to come to help chisel the hole, even though that was not in the bid. He had our card stored on file (big no no) and just kept charging us.
His crew completely destroyed the brand new wall mounted radiant heaters that we had just has installed a week before. When confronted on this he tried to blame the concrete company that he hired and charged us for.
He is a total scam artist. Then we we confronted him on why he did not put blocking plates on he got very aggressive and claimed he would call the city on us. He takes 2-3 week vacations and cannot take calls on vacation, pretty ironic for someone that knew he was charging and receiving money for work performed not only incorrectly but, also incomplete.
Hiring Rueben is a huge mistake and he will end up costing you money!
I am not sure, but I think part of the reason he never sent an estimate is because this is his game plan. SHADY !

The tech was capable, performed the work within a reasonable time, and did a good job. Im giving them three stars because they missed the allotted time window by hours. They estimated he would be there between 9-1 and he didn't get there until 4:30. Could be a scheduling issue since I described my problem in detail but the tech thought he was only installing a toilet, when the problem was more complex than that.

I just have to say,I never place reviews on google but I felt like I needed to because Hurricane Drain helped me out tremendously. I had Broncos tickets and no bull!! My drain gets backed up day of!! Vladimir came and snaked my drain and it was filled with roots. He did a professional quick in and out job and saved the day!
