We had Sam C. and Vaughn P. come to our house and fix the main water shutoff valve that had sprung a leak. They were very professional, came in wearing their boot covers and gloves, troubleshot the issue, and gave me three different price points for the job they were tasked to do. They did an excellent job with the work, and cleaned everything up nicely once they were finished. We are very satisfied with their work, professionalism, and their dedication to get the task done right the first time.

Had quite a rude encounter with one of the servicemen. I own a gas station and this driver decided to park on a spot where deliveries come and go to eat at McDonald's. I kindly asked him if he could park elsewhere and he refused. Unfortunately a delivery truck came and had to park and blocked him in. After done eating his meal he was very rude to us and our delivery driver and was aggressive on making his way out. Well maybe you shouldn't park on a spot that says no parking to begin with and especially be rude back to a potential customer when you are in your company's uniform.

Al did a super job to get our secondary drain line properly functioning again. Thank you for your service.

Preston was professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked our system, even in the rain, and gave us an honest assessment. My only complaint is that Plumbline did not call the day before to give us a window of time for when our tech would show up.

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).

At the end of the day, if you want quality work at fair prices, with transparent and super respectful folks, trust Proactive!!

I don’t write reviews, mostly because they seem to take up a lot of time, but I have to give praise when it’s deserved. I had our kitchen sink garbage disposal clog up. Which means I couldn’t wash dishes or do laundry bc that waterline is connected. This happened today, Wednesday! Yes the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I called Elite Rooter Denver and got an appointment with Austin the same day. They gave me a time window of 4-6pm. Austin showed up at 2:20pm and called when he was 10 minutes out. Check and check! Came in and was done with the project in 35 minutes. Ohh and not only was it fast and easy, but the price was unbelievable! Austin has won over my business and I will continue to contact him directly for any future problems. Very, very impressed. He did such a good job I figured I would do something I never do and write a 5 STAR review for a job well done!

It's so hard to find a good plumber out there who charges reasonable rates and does quality work. Look no further. These guys are the best. I'd give these guys six stars if I could.

The first tech on the job, Jake, was fantastic. He identified very quickly that the issue was not a simple line clean out. He called Steve for assistance in locating moisture in the walls and floor. Steve was thorough and professional. Then Blake arrived with a camera snake to locate the leak. Blake was also professional but seemed unsure of the leak location. Sure enough, Blake emailed later to inform me that the excavation manager suggested further review. And that’s when the wheels fell off. We agreed on a day and time when Blake would return to do more leak investigation. He didn’t show up for the appointment or call/text me to let me know what was going on. I texted him an hour after the appointed time, called him 2 hours later and left a voice mail, and then emailed him later the same night. No response from Blake or the company. Meanwhile, I called in another company who located the leak in a completely different place, requiring a smaller area of excavation. They repaired the leak the next day. So disappointed that I paid Roto Rooter to do this job and got nothing out of it,
