Paul was fantastic. Even though we scheduled a two hour window, he showed up exactly on time. Once here he did a complete walkthrough and estimate of this issues we were having. He was very honest about a drip in my sink and didn’t try to bill me for something unnecessary. After he replaced two valves, he noticed my hoses were seized onto their faucets and helped me to get those removed, once again as a courtesy. Great guy, great educator, use Paul!

Ruben and his team came highly recommended by another heating company and I was pleased with their service. They replaced a water heater with a better quality heater than the previous one we had. That same evening we smelled gas (after the installation) and called the energy company. They identified the leaks in our system and found it was not directly related to the water heater. I called Flow-Rite early the next morning and they arrived within an hour to resolve the issues. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to code and that all repairs were complete. They even found another leak the energy company didn't. I would highly recommend them, too!

Myself & my neighbor are extremely happy with the professional, quality service we received from Water Heater Experts, Alex and Vince. Their work was excellent and within the time frame quoted. They cleaned up every thing, showed us how to close and open the water line to our building, and were fair and honest in their pricing. They gave us a break in the cost since it was both me and my neighbor, with 11 new stop valves and 2 kitchen sink installations. Both of us are happy, will certainly use them again in the future, and recommend WHE Plumbing!

I highly recommend King Rooter & Plumbing for replacement of your sump pump and for any plumbing needs you may have in the Denver area. The technician was very professional and helpful. He knew what he was doing and did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The price was reasonable. I will call them again if I need any more plumbing help.

I used Plumbline Services to change out my kitchen faucet. There was an issue with the first appointment I made with the company, no one showed up. I did give them a second chance and got Philip C as the plumber. He did an excellent job installing my new faucet and made sure it all worked right with no leaks. He cleaned up and left the job nice and clean. I would recommend using him for work.

Awful service!!!! Arranged for faucet install though Home Depot. Home Depot told me Delta would contact me within 2 days. They did not. After being on hold for 30 min. after I called them, we arranged a 2 hour window for install. 45 minutes before this window, they called me to tell me they couldn't make it. Arranged for another 2 hour window on a different day. After this window expired, never heard from them, I called and was a on hold for a full thirty minutes, the rep said she couldn't get ahold of the installer. 20 minutes later she called and said his truck had broken and he couldn't do it. When I asked if I could have a specific time, not a window, for the next attempt, I was told not. I will not use!!! Very, very poor service, do not use!!!

I called last Monday morning to see if Christopher's Plumbing could service 3 high end faucets and David who answered the phone said he could work me into their schedule either for the next day which was Tuesday between 1-3p or Thursday between 1-3p with their plumber Rick. David made a point to tell me that he would definitely call me back later on Monday to confirm that Rick would be coming on Tuesday because he knows how important my time is and he didn't want me just waiting around. I did not get a call back on Monday so I called Tuesday morning and spoke to David. He again said he would call me back in just a bit to see if Rick would be coming that afternoon between 1-3p. I never heard anything back from David and Rick did not show up. Come around Thursday I still never got a call back from David and still did not have anyone show up to complete my repairs. Unfortunately these days the art of customer service has really taken a nose dive but for someone to make a point that they are going to call you back because they know how precious your time is and then not call back is shameful! I have seen other terrible reviews and I should have trusted my gut instinct. Terrible customer service for being a family owned company for so many years...maybe the owners are retiring and the kids are taking over and unfortunately they have never been taught the proper way to have good customer service. My recommendation, don't use these guys!

We had a 61-year old valve that we closed, and it would not re-open. We called to see if Zack could replace the valve. He was responsive to my initial inquiry, and was able to come within 2 hours. He completed his work quickly and neatly. All is well again.

I can't say enough about Bill and Key Plumbing. Fortunately, I don't need a plumber very often but when I've had them out to install a water softener, fix a leak or install a new hose bib for me, they were quick to respond.
I like the fact that they are super neat and leave my house clean and dry. Other plumbers aren't so diligent.
