James was awesome. He clearly explained our options once the work requested was presented to him. He made suggestions that were very helpful, both for the work needed and for the future maintenance of our plumbing. James completed the work agreed upon in a timely manner with a very successful outcome and explained what he did. He left his work areas all cleaned up. I would recommend James’s work to anyone.

My 14.5 y/o gas water heater was on it's last leg, so I needed a new one. I asked Paul for a quote, it was a great price for a new Bradford White Hydrojet gas water heater. He also had to run a new exhaust pipe/vent out since the original wasn't up to code.

T(He)y arrived early, as usual. :-) Jumped on the job... was done within a couple hours... nice and tidy. I can't say enough about his quality of work and the fact he checked in to see how it was performing.

We have HOT water... have to dial the faucets back a bit now. :-) A good thing!

I booked on line and got 8am to 5pm today. Should have known. I took a day off work (without pay) to be here to explain to the electrician what was going on. Got a call at 10:20 to tell me they needed to reschedule as people had called out.1. I lost a day's pay and still have the problem2. Your labor problems are not my responsibility!Wouldn't use this Compton come out and squash an ant on my patioDisappointed and passed! Oh yeah and a days pay poorer.
