David came to look at my 9 year old Rannai tankless water heater that wasn't keeping consistent hot water. David said the error codes indicate all parts int he unit needed to be replaced and Rannai is notorious for this problem. He suggested a better unit made by Navien and quoted over $4100. I asked if my unit was under warranty and he said no.
I called Rannai and they have a list of plumbers certified with Rannai. Water Pros came out to look at my unit. The technician cleaned debris from the unit and now it's working fine. $270.
Paul from Water Pros let me know Rannai is very highly rated, has a 10 year warranty, and is a workhorse!
I can't comment on the integrity of Hyperflow as a company, but a company is only as good as their employees. Their technician, David, was dishonest to say the least!

Sammy and Gabe did a great job on my kitchen faucet installation. They are both personable and professional. Job well done, guys!

Jake H. did a great job and was so respectful of our family life happening as he tried to work (ie. baby sleeping in the room he had to walk through to do some of the work). Even though the job ended up being more difficult than we thought, he was very kind and courteous throughout the day and made sure the job got done.

I don't know what kind of plumbers these people are. They made an appointment with me for 9 to 11 pm and at 10 when I called to see if they were still coming, I was told the plumber had canceled my appointment but didn't bother to tell me it was canceled. So, I think you could maybe find a better plumber somewhere else.

Darryl came out on short notice on a Saturday to diagnose an issue we were having with our water heater. He wasn’t expecting to have to replace it but that’s what needed to happen. He made arrangements with his office to have someone deliver a new tank and stuck around to take care of the job. He never once complained in the 5 hours he was at our house and was even nice to our pets. My wife especially liked how he took the time to talk through our options without “mansplaning” it to her. We have trusted Blue Sky with all of our needs over the years and will continue to do so after today.

All I can say, is, we did not have a good experience with Dominick, or At Your Service Plumbing.

We hired them to do what we thought was a very simple job, and almost 2 months later, we were still waiting for them to finish the job. We hired them to install a new tub, and after something went wrong Dominick totally threw his employee under the bus and took no recourse for one of their plumbers burning our tub with the propane torch, that he accidentally sat down into our brand new tub.

Once we contacted Dominick, he said he would take care of it right away and profusely apologized. Dominick then dragged out the fixing of the tub unnecessarily for almost a month while telling us he is not responsible for it, and we need to contact his plumber personally.

In the future, I would much rather do business with an individual who is mature and professional. Dominick is neither of those. The only reason they got two stars is because the plumber that dominic threw under the bus was absolutely fantastic and covered the damages out of his pocket. What a shame that At Your Service Plumbing is such a bad employer.

I contacted plumb tech for a plumbing issue at my property. When they said Jimmy was going to be our tech, we were ecstatic! Jimmy is a dedicated and very reliable worker. He very knowledgeable, quick fix any issue and executes it with professionalism and ease!
